The stay at Jarvis Grand Stays was exactly what we were expecting. Communication with the staff was excellent and on point before arrival and leading up to the check-in process. The suite was everything we hoped for - clean, comfortable beds/pillows, enough kitchen supplies to make any meals we wanted (although we ate out a lot because of all the great restaurants within walking distance😁), and more than enough space for the three of us. We had a two bed/two bath corner unit. Not going to lie, I was apprehensive before going due to the limited reviews and stars for the property, but I’m so happy our expectations were surpassed. YES it’s downtown Toronto, YES there are homeless around, YES the streets and sidewalks are pretty dirty - but seriously people, what do you expect when you rent a unit right in the MIDDLE of any downtown in a city that size??!! Thanks for making our stay better than we anticipated!

The check in was a bit weird because it was some guy in an exit room who didn’t even ask for ID but other than that, the accommodations was 8/10 and let’s talk about the VIEW. OMG it was beautiful every morning and every night. I’m coming back in October 👍

The room has a lil bit of everything a home has so you can cook there if you choose to buy groceries instead of going out, all the cleaning supplies to clean up. Walking distance to great places. Very comfy bed. My first solo trip and it was awesome staying here. Helpful staff and communication was great and easy to talk to. Will be coming back here if I come to Toronto again!

Ideale ligging voor downtown bezoeken zoals Distillery District, St Lawrence Market, CN tower en meer. De suites zijn verzorgd en goed voorzien van keukengerei zoals bestek, borden glaswerk. Er was zelfs oploskoffie (prima) om wakker te worden. Ook wasmachine en droger ontbreken niet. Er ligt een grotere supermarkt op kleine afstand en natuurlijk een Starbucks als buur. Helemaal tevreden!👍🇨🇦

The place was Nice! it had everything I need but they black guy at the front desk was very rude and acted like I was stupid every question I asked him. Very unprofessional and needs to keep him home life problems away from work.

Place was clean but well worn. Communication was very confusing as it came through different emails with multiple attachments - while the responses were quick it just left us feeling very lost.

Location is very good. 5 minute walk to Yonge Street and right in the middle of everything. Elevators were broken and never repaired all week so it was a 10-15 minute wait to get up and down with the only elevator working. Make sure you have plenty of time if you are in a time limit because you will never make it on time. Doors in Garage were broken so there was NO Security for people from the garage to get into the building. Room was not clean. Floors had tiny pieces of glass so I had to sweep the floor 2 or 3 times just to be sure. Carpet is filthy and socks were black after a few minutes from the dirty floors. I wish they mopped Before we arrived. Most of the lights in the unit didn’t work so I had to buy an extension cord to plug in my computer. All the sockets are out. Looks like they tried to repair it because they have taped wires along the wall but they still aren’t working. Host was nice and it served its purpose but 2 star is generous. Great if you are on a budget and don’t care about anything other than location.
