I especially the fact that it was a two bedroom suite as opposed to a one room hotel. My wife and I wake up at different times and this allowed me to start my day with a coffee and some tv without waking her. Price was excellent. A dedicated parking spot was nice. The location could have been closer to downtown but I knew this going and I am sure the price would have reflected that. So, basically no complaints and if I am ever in Ottawa again I will be sure to book the same place

We stayed for 2 nights with family, and enjoyed our stay. The 2-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious enough for 4 people, the only downsides were a table for 2 (!) places only with 2 chairs and a tiny bathroom. Otherwise, we had everything we needed including dishwasher, utensils, plates, etc. No paper towels or Kleenex, so bring your own. Unfortunately, the roof top terrace was closed. Paid parking for $6.50 + tax per night available but we parked on the street without a problem. Check-in/ check-out was fast and problem-free.

The amenities of this place are fantastic. You have everything you need such as huge rooftop patio, hot tub, gym, lounge, theatre, pool tables etc. Spend the day of the rooftop when its nice out, its the perfect spot. The location is great, you are close enough to a lot of restaurants and places you need or want but far enough away that you dont get the heavy traffic (foot or road). The rooms were clean, modern and laid out well. You also didnt hear anything from the rooms beside or around you which was a plus. They had kitchens and a few small items to cook with. We felt it would have been nice to have a few little extra items like papertowel or tissues, coffee pods, condiments, dish towels and a throw blabket for the couch. All things that did not need to be there but would have been nice to have for use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future. The staff were friendly but also you didnt feel like they were watchibg you everytime you webt through the door which is really nice as it made it feel like you belonged there.

The property is at a convenient location, athough not in downtown area, but it is at the center of the city. Gated parking is $6.50/day. Property condition is excellent inside the unit and all throughout the common areas. Gorgeous view from the 11th floor. Amenities are awesome. 1 desk staff for the entire building, do not expect to get a response if you call. Will definitely go back next time in Ottawa.

This is a very modern property. There is a cafe where you can get meals and beverages, alcoholic beverages also if you like. It doesn't open in the morning until 8:30am which might be too late for some. This is a pet-friendly place, I only saw dogs and a lot of them. All well behaved. Reasonable gym. Staff all very friendly. If you arrive later on, there may not be anyone at the front desk and you might have to call them, so have your cell phone handy just in case. Laundry facilities on each floor. Small "market" for essentials and canned/frozen/dried food. Munchies and chocolate bars, drinks.

We stayed in this hotel right before New Year! The hotel is brand new, modern and so nice. We were scared that will have no place to park the car, because on their web site it was mentioned that they have only wallet parking, but pleasant surprise that made our staying even more comfortable (no worries where to keep the car) - the have a good secure parking behind the building. For free. The room was just amazing - 2 bedrooms, one living room and kitchen. Like at home. Clean and new!And as a bonus - great view from the balcony. That's why I recommend you to book a room on a sky level!!! Huge and well equipped gym, possibility to play billiard for free. Terrase, unfortunately it was cold, but I can imagine what a fun to stay there during the summer time. We wanted to come back again in March... but all rooms are booked.. Really sad. Highly recommended!!!!!!! P.S. If you are allergic to the animals, be aware, because dogs are everywhere....
