My stay at this hotel was fantastic. My family and I wanted to explore Jordan for the first time, so we wanted to know everything there. Of course, we looked up the basics for tourists, but we wanted to know about the best places, the best way to get around, etc. The hotel came into play with this. We were greeted by the nicest receptionist girl at the front desk, who helped us with everything. She was always so kind to us, she never felt like a burden to her with our enormous questions. She helped us with pure joy, and her recommendations were the greatest! Our room was excellent, had a great view from the window, and was always tidy. The hotels design is also very modern and extravagant! Everyone who worked there was always kind to us, and the breakfast was very tasty! The hotel is in a really good area, you can quickly hop aboard an uber and drive into the city center in 1520 minutes. The hotel also provided some excellent service for reasonable prices. During our trip to Jordan, we stayed here for a couple of nights. It is a good base. There are a lot of facilities in the rooms and in general. It was an imposing, relatively new guest house in a middle-ring suburb of Aman. Our ground-floor room had a wonderful view over the surrounding suburbs. The room was peaceful and well-heated during our cold winter stay. There were many cable channels in the room. The floor was serviced by a lift and the front desk staff were excellent. Breakfast was simple but well presented and refreshed frequently. The bathroom was a decent size, and the room had a safe. A small supermarket is close by, and several great restaurants are close by. This hotel is located right next to the main attraction of Aman, which makes the place very calming. The staff was very helpful during my stay, the AC was noisy and didn't have a parking area. Hotel with no frills in the center of Aman. Were a family of three, we booked a room with three bedrooms and private bathrooms, and when we checked in, they upgraded us to a four-bed balcony room. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Every morning, breakfast is served with three options arab, meat, or vegetarian. All three options come with a slice of bread, hummus, jam, or coffee. The rooms are very basic, with no closets or drawers to put your stuff. There were, I believe, two bedside tables and a bigger one for your use. There were no outlets in the bathroom, but the shower, sink, and toilets worked perfectly. Again, the position is unbeatable. The Roman theater, the Aman Citadel, and many local shopping and dining nearby are all within walking distance. The neighborhood all felt very safe. There was only one problem, we were charged a 3 fee for payment by credit card, which was not noted anywhere in the expedite hotel description. The three was negligible, and I didn't bother making a big deal out of it, especially considering they upgraded our room. You won't find expensive 45 star hotels in downtown Aman, but Jordan Tower is among the best out of all the options. If you are like us and primarily stay in the hotel for4.6/528 Jun 2023

Hotel in a great location with a nice breakfast. The rooms are very basic, with the private bathroom inside the bedroom in a glass cube normal walls would be better and no exhaust fan so shower makes the room very steamy. And strange to go to the bathroom if someone is in the bedroom. There is a window above the door into the hallway so if people turn on the passage light at night it lights up the room. I can say that Hotel corp has exceeded my expectations even for a picky person who travels a lot and has stayed in so many hotels.
