VERY Clean and helpful, I arrived an hour before check-in and was able to get my room right away. City Mall, Wal-Mart, and restaurants are within walking distance. 5.0/520 Feb 2025

Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours. 5.0/516 Feb 2025

El hotel está en un lugar conveniente para viajeros que vuelan muy tarde o muy temprano. Es económico y se siente seguro. Sin embargo encontramos una gran cantidad de moscos dentro del cuarto, lo que nos dificultó dormir.3.0/518 Dec 2025

Could be better, but it was fine for a place to sleep and nothing else. The room I bought was supposed to have AC but it did not. Also the shower had some kind of soap but no label on what it was… could have been anything so I didn’t bother using it. 3.0/528 Aug 2025

The address is for an entire city district, not the property. Communication is bad. After 4 hours of trying to get directions and check in details I gave up and took a ride at the scheduled check in time to the address given by Hotels.com and was dropped off with no sign of the property. I got lucky - an English-speaking stranger passing by knew where it was and walked me there, several blocks away. There was no one available to check in and no one answering the door. It took several more phone calls to get let in. Nina is very nice but the directions and communication are awful!3.0/523 Jul 2025

Un buen lugar para pasar una noche al llegar o salir al aeropuerto. Debe mejorar su rotulación ya que ea difícil de encontrar. Podrían añadir aire ya que solo cuenta com ventilador y no tiene ventana aunque estuvo fresca la noche.3.0/56 Apr 2025

Buena ubicación, en el cuarto no hay nada, únicamente la cama, no hay donde poner nada, ni colgadores de ropa, ni una mesa, una silla, una mesa de noche no hay nada, nada….. lo debes de poner todo en el suelo o sobre la cama. 1.0/530 Jan 2026

We didn’t even get in… We told her that our flight was getting in at 12:05 AM so we never got to the place till 1 AM. We had no code to get in so basically I lost my money and had to go find another place at that hour of the morning. 1.0/517 Oct 2025

Un desastre total. No mencionaria nada si el pago fuera de 15 dolares. Esta propiedad ni siquiera debería de estar en Hoteles.com. La verdad Yo he viajado por muchos lugares y me he hospedado en muchos hoteles de diferentes categorías, pero nunca como este.

I did not stay. I was unable to arrange transport from airport even after calling, I took a taxi. I refused to stay because it is located in an unsavory area, looked like a regular house with fences--looked dangerous. Unable to contact Hotels.com for help; unable to cancel. Had taxi take me to a safe hotel where I felt safe.Popular Facilities
