My Experience 1. Amazing lobby design — very stylish and impressive when you first arrive. 2. Attractive room design — I really love the concept and overall interior! 3. Very comfortable bed with comfortable pillows and bolsters. Definitely a plus! 4. Beautiful rooftop view — a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. 5. Nice breakfast selection, and the restaurant itself has an amazing design and atmosphere. 6. New and modern building — it gives you a fresh and pleasant experience throughout your stay. 7. Free airport shuttle service — definitely a big thumbs up! 👍🏻 Very convenient and helpful for guests. Areas for Improvement 1. Bellboy assistance — When we arrived at the lobby, there was no bellboy available to help us with our luggage. It would be better to have staff ready to assist guests upon arrival. 2. Main entrance door — The main door is still manually operated, which makes it quite difficult to enter while carrying or pulling luggage. An automatic door would make the arrival experience much more convenient. 3. Lobby temperature — Unfortunately, the lobby was extremely hot when we arrived. It felt like the air conditioning was not working properly. This affected our first impression and made the check-in experience quite uncomfortable. I hope this can be improved, because the lobby is beautiful and has great potential to create a strong first impression.
