Our three of us came here in July 2019. The hotel was satisfactory and there is a bus stand close to the hotel boundary. The room was spacious and good with excellent amenities. The main issue is the route of the hotel, as there is only a 3 foot path to the hotel. There is no parking available, but it is safe to park a vehicle on the road. The hotel is safe to stay at. Best for couples, family, and friends. There is just one problem, which is that the access to the hotel is difficult to navigate.

The location is very central, right across from the bus station. This place is quite convenient for travelers who take the bus.

Hotel Naviarathna Residency is located in a privileged location just across from the bus stop. If you're taking the bus, staying here is really convenient. Because this is a budget hotel, I don't have very high expectations in terms of facilities but it has all the basic ones.

We visited in July 2019, with three passengers, the hotel was excellent, and there is a bus stop close to the hotel. The room was comfortable, and large, and furnished with excellent amenities. Since there is only a three-foot path to the hotel, the main concern is finding the route to the hotel. There is no parking available. Nevertheless, parking a vehicle on the road is safer. The hotel is secure. The only drawback is that access to the hotel is tangled.
