This apartment was spacious and had a great view of the harbor. The apartment was quiet. The owner was very helpful and set up a taxi to take us to a friend's wedding that evening. There is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up to the apartment, but the view is worth it once you are there! We only stayed for one night but had a big, spacious apartment with a good view of the harbor. I would highly recommend this place to a group of girls who want to be well taken care of! couldn't think of it any more! We had a bad stay in a hostel but we were able to reserve Villa Novak in the space of an afternoon. The guy who owns it sorry can't remember your first name couldn't have been more friendly. I felt really well taken care of and safe. Everything about the apartment was explained to us, he told us wherever to go in Acre Beach, even when to go there. One of the greatest customer service I have ever received. The apartment itself is immaculate and equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, and microwave. Air conditioning in all rooms, beds were big and really comfortable, we had a wraparound balcony and were at the top so the view was amazing. 5 stars assessment, 5 stars apartment, and 5 stars service!

This place is worth visiting because they are nothing special. We knew it would be stress-free from the first time we emailed my novak. He was absolutely fantastic in helping us settle in the apartment even after he waited until am to let us in a delayed flight. He helped us find taxis, food recommendations, and even lent us his iron when we needed to prepare for a local wedding. The flat number 9 on the top floor was fantastic. Clean, light, and bright, with a large balcony with retractable awning for shade if you needed it, and with fantastic views of novella, we really didn't require anything else. The air conditioning was fast and effective, and all the items in the apartment functioned as they should. The room also has a safe, free WiFi, a hob for cooking, a microwave, a fridge, and a parking space if you drive, and is no more than 5 minutes walk from Novella's center and about 5 minutes walk from the supermarket. I can imagine if you were with friends and headed to a nearby beach, this would be a fantastic base for your time here.

I would completely recommend it! As part of a multi-day trip, we stayed in two apartments on the top floor. The view was amazing, with the best one described in a novella! Furthermore, we could enjoy it from the wraparound terrace. The apartments were big, cozy, contemporary, and spotless, with air conditioning. Perfect location, a short walk from the city and beach, excellent value for the money, and the owner was friendly and very helpful.
