It gives the signal to the security company and us only if the noise level is above the set threshold of 80 dB for 5-10 minutes. It equals to heavy traffic, very loud music, noisy restaurant, power lawn mower. While normal conversation and background music is equivalent to 60 dB. The sensor communicates directly with a security company who will come to the apartment if: ⦁ The noise sensor is touched/removed/turned off ⦁ If the noise level is too high due to partying anytime Consequences if the security company receives a warning and comes to your property: ⦁ Security company visit including 100 euro fine to be paid immediately on-site ⦁ You will be asked to leave the property including police action and more potential fines. If extra cleaning costs occur due to partying in the apartment, the reservation's deposit payment and extra cleaning fees, starting from 150 euro, will be charged to the guest.
