My daughter and I spent a couple of days with our baby. Very clean, big room with barbeds. Really good service, breakfast better than many hotels I have stayed in, quiet nights. The location is a bit out of reach, but the short hilly walk back from the center keeps you in shape and the views are worth it. Directly on one of the lovely walks in the forest nearby. Very good service.

We stayed there with my family. We reserved two rooms, one for my husband and my four-year-old son, the other for my father. Both were large and practical, with baths and to. It was quite comfy. The owner of this establishment was really nice and accommodating. You can communicate with her in both Russian and English. We also had breakfast there. It was also really good, not too much, but enough for eat. There was coffee, tea, orange juice, boiled eggs, cornflakes and muesli, fresh bread, ham, cheese, and yoghurt, I thought it all delicious. There was a refrigerator and microwave in this pension, as well as a kitchen where you can make sandwiches or coffee if you have it. The place is also very good, just a 10-minute walk from the city's main promenade. If there is also a local bus close to the hotel. I was very happy to choose this hotel for our stay! Will undoubtedly choose it again.

The hotel has a limited amount of room spaces, only a limited number of cars can be parked. They served a simple breakfast that is good. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The host was kind and helpful. But the location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to climb a steep slope and go back to the center.

We stayed for two nights in karlovy varied and had a wonderful time there. Although quiet and on the outskirts of the forest, the house is a little outside of the city's core and the hot springs. We had a sizable room on the second level with a lovely outlook from our windows around Karlovy Variet hills. Because of the climbing, the walk up to the hill from the center is a nice free workout, and we didn't mind at all. There is a compact grocery store downhill for some essential items, which is really useful. The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculately clean and cozy, wifi is available, and the bathroom is modest but nonetheless wellequipped. The room serves a delicious breakfast with a basic kitchen, where visitors can make a wonderful cup of tea or more. The contact with the house's owners was pleasant. The lovely lady is extremely amiable and accommodating, with a right balance of privacy and friendliness. Even as we were about to depart, the proprietors assisted us with a problem with our automobile.

The owner is a very nice lady who responds fast to email inquiries. She even sent me transportation instructions from town I traveled from hrensko to the pension in Karlovy vary. I had a very clean and spacious room with an attached bathroom and fast wifi. It is a cute little house, 10 15 minutes downhill walk to the city center and 5 minutes downhill walk to a big supermarket. The owner gives you keys to your own room and a separate entrance so you have your privacy. She doesn't live in the same pension but is easily accessible by mobile phone at odd hours. It's a real challenge to climb the hill in the city center takes 20 minutes from the city center to reach the pension. I had to take a taxi on the way, it cost about 200 Czech crowns. However, there is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk downhill. Anyhow, be prepared to sweat a little before reaching the pension.
