The apartment was great, not brand new but not worn down. Rooftop area excellent. Automated check in process leaves a little to be desired. If you have a car, lobby opening the gate is frustrating, had to exit the car a couple times. Currently, there is construction noise 6 days and on Sunday, when construction was quiet, on the 2nd floor there is a little lapdog that is a nervous wreck. It chirped at least 18 hours. This place is a great location for Blue Mall and Acropolis area though. Upscale Santo Domingo!

I have stayed at this property before in other apts without issue. This time around the checkin required use of a link to submit IDs and it failed repeatedly. The host would not accept checkin without use of their link....lost nearly an hour going back and forth. Bathroom was not very clean and there was no hot water. Not my best stay at Armonia.

I recently stayed at Torre Armonia 24 and overall the experience was decent. The location was good, the price was fair for the area, and overall the apartment itself was fine for my stay. My main issues were with communication and maintenance. Communication with management was very poor — it was difficult to get replies most of the time, if any at all. The upstairs WiFi also barely worked and only functioned consistently about 20% of the time. The biggest issue was the upstairs AC unit leaking water badly because it freezes internally. Water would drip onto the floor near the stairs, and I had to keep a towel down to avoid slipping. Definitely something future guests should be careful about until it’s repaired properly. Aside from those issues, everything else was okay overall. If management improves communication and fixes the AC and WiFi problems, the place would be a much better stay.

Everything was excellent, except there was no hot water in the shower. The hallway bathroom also had a slight constant odor. The rooms were comfortable, nice and clean.
