Location was ideal, enough space and commodities for what we needed. Black out blinds were excellent. Other guests when we stayed were a bit noisy so would recommend earplugs. Host was absolutely fantastic and dealt with issues such as the WiFi going down immediately.

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and metro just a few minutes away. Walk to the Effle tower was only a 15 min walk. Close proximity to everything. The room was clean, a little small for 4 people (2 adults & 2 teenage kids )But we managed. We were able to use the laundry facilities. They allowed us to check in early which helped us settle in from a red eye flight and rest before exploring Paris. The only thing that wasn't working for us was the mini fridge but not a big deal we didnt cook or anything. Beatrice and Emmanuel, thank you and appreciate everything. Linda

It was clean, and the amenities were extra: dishes, two burner cooktop, cutlery, a kettle, toaster, you could easily fend for yourself for meals here if you wanted - and there is a grocery store just two blocks away. Also, it is on a rare quiet street and yet so close to a lot. The windows open to let in the Parisian air. The Eiffel tower really is so close, and you get the views walking along the street like a real Parisian before landing in the midst of all the tourist crowds. The bathroom is very functional and hot water is hot. If the stairs are a concern, write to them first and ask if they have a unit on the first floor. The rooms with numbers are the ones in the front, the letters indicate the rear. The stairwell in the front is wider so more convenient for bringing luggage in. I had an issue with a sprained foot, and asked to switch, and since they had a vacancy lower down, they did so quickly and smoothly. I was very grateful and my foot was able to heal much more quickly. Oh and yes, the extra of laundry, luggage lockers and toilet are not to be overlooked. Very friendly superintendent also on the premises. They have it covered and are responsive, and friendly. Grateful!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris near the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tower, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were good as well, and everything felt well looked after. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic. Yes, it’s up 3 floors by stairs but the exercise is totally worth it for what you get. Service is outstanding. Literally answer your messages within minutes. Above and beyond what we were expecting. The area is fantastic. You’re right in the middle of it all. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. If you’re in doubt book it. You won’t be disappointed!! They even allowed us access hours before our scheduled time. Kids are asking when we can go back. Short walk to see the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler is at the street corner, metro is a few blocks away. Can’t get better location. We’ll be back for sure!

It is a great location, so close to Eiffel Tower and Metro. Once you work out the metro, it becomes so convenient to travel all over Paris.

We were a family of four adults and stayed three nights for the new year. The location was excellent because it is just 5 minutes walk from the famous Eiffel Tower. Our visit was marked by a transportation strike, but we could easily reach the apartment because it was just 20 minutes' walk from Champs de autres! There are many excellent eateries and supermarkets nearby to suit all budgets and tastes. The wi-fi worked very well, and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment allotted was very little for a family of four, especially the bathroom. It was so compact that when using the washbasin, the head hit the shelves. The hosts were very cooperative and response was very quick.

This property was excellent for the money! The area's streets are pleasant to stroll through and discover cafes and bakeries as it is less than 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Across the street is a well-connected metro stop. Although tiny, the room and bathroom are surprisingly sufficient because there are far more worthwhile things to do in Paris than a hotel room, and our unit even had its own ac! Although we didn't get to meet the proprietors, they were very accommodating and informed us by email in English before our trip that made it simple for us to find the property and get in on our own. We were given a code for plenty of luggage storage downstairs upon request, and the room was incredibly tidy.

I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again. Beautiful, despite its small rooms we stayed in room e, wellequipped kitchenette and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very convenient location, very close to a metro station cole military, and you can go anywhere in Paris from there. If you don't want to use public transportation, the apartments are so close to the city center you can walk there and return home without any trouble.

In early January 2017, we stayed for three nights as a couple. The accommodation was wonderful, according to us. I was able to arrange an early check-in with the owners, who were really kind during our visit. We were able to locate the entrance door, which was a little hard to locate by Google Maps. Although the room is fairly small and the staircase is quite small, we were aware of it from the start because they have made the most of the space. There is a full set of kitchen appliances, and all linens were spotless. The Eiffel Tower is within a 10-minute walk, and there are many stores and eateries nearby. We would undoubtedly return, and we will do so if we traveled to Paris. We adored our accommodation, so we would definitely stay there again.

I had a really good stay here. The room was very comfy with nice layout. The water in the room was so broken and they tried to fix the air conditioner.
