Petit appartement très fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Le ménage est parfait. Je garde l’adresse pour les redescendre. Dès que mon prochain déplacement à Saint-Quentin sera effectif.

Excellent value and location, and great to have a kitchen to use. Olivier was sometimes a little slow to respond, but very helpful and congenial once he did. He kindly allowed us to check in early. We stayed 3 nights and would happily return if we're ever in Saint Quentin again.

Appartement super mignon, moderne, très propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut. Le nôtre était au rez-de-chaussée et c’etait parfait pour que nos garçons aillent se dégourdir les jambes dans la petite cour/jardin. La literie est top ! Le stationnement y est très facile et il y a un grand parc à côté. Enfin, super communication avec les responsables. On y a passé un très bon séjour ! Merci pour cette bonne prestation !! J'ai apprécié le calme de l'établissement et ses alentours avec notamment le superbe parc des champs Elysées. Les appartements restent néanmoins assez petits et configurés en longueur. Les consignes sont bien expliquées par mel et SMS, mais on apprécierait quand même un accueil physique.

良かった点 ドアコードを事前に教えてもらい、24時間チェックイン可能 キッチンと食器付き ベッドの寝心地が良かった 悪かった点 Wi-Fi繋がらなかった(オーナーに連絡して次の日に直った) シャンプーが無い(連絡すれば用意してもらえる) ハンガーが無いので洋服を掛ける場所に困る 部屋は比較的広いが、カバンやスーツケースを広げられる台が無い

Trata-se de uma construção reformada e transformada em apartamentos. Pode-se estacionar nas proximidades ou na própria rua gratuitamente.Conseguimos antecipar o check in nos comunicando com Olivier através de e-mail. As instruções de código para entrada são enviadas previamente pois não existe recepção. O apartamento nº 15 é bem novo e graciosamente decorado mas muito pequeno para 2 pessoas. Bem diferente da Foto da minha reserva que dizia uma cama Queen e 25 m2. Não tem espaço para malas e a TV fica na lateral da cama. O banheiro é bom mas estava com um vazamento no vaso. Tive que entrar em contato com o Olivier que providenciou o conserto.Apesar de aparentemente limpo encontrei uma embalagem vazia de shampoo no chuveiro. Sabão e shampoo tem que ser solicitado. Fornecem toalha de banho e outra muito pequena. Sem toalha de rosto. A cozinha é bem equipada. O ponto negativo ficou por conta do detector de fumaça que despencou do teto e disparou. Um susto! Não fumamos e nem cozinhamos. Não havia fumaça. Só conseguimos que parasse removendo a bateria. Desagradável acontecimento
