The size of the independent room, the shower with plenty of hot water, the view from the balcony, the kitchen and laundry facilities, the distance from the station, the check-in and check-out times that were consulted, everything was perfect. did. We will definitely book again next time!

デュッセルドルフ中央駅から徒歩圏内と近く、ロケーションはとても良い。部屋はバスタブもあり、シングルベットが5台もありとても快適にすごすことができた。しかし、ビル内がリノベーション中で綺麗ではなく、案内された専用wifiも使用することができず残念だった。

Wohnung komplett neu renoviert, leider hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser was mit 3 Kindern echt ätzend ist. Hatten einmal für knapp 3 Stunden einen Handwerker in der Wohnung wegen der Gegensprechanlage. Am nächsten morgen fingen Handwerker um 6:30 Uhr in der nebenanliegenden Wohnung an zu arbeiten.... ebenfalls ein no go. Treppenhaus war auch im Bauzustand, der Aufzug funktioniert nach Zufallsprinzip, Besen gab es keinen in der Wohnung. In der Küche war unter der Spüle der Schrank nass, im Kühlschrank war wohl etwas ausgelaufen und der Boden darunter war klebrig. Nach zweimalige beschweren und um bitte eines entgegenkommens wurde dennoch nicht reagiert. Positiv war, genug Handtücher vor Ort, Betten sauber, Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert reibungslos.

Geen receptie, de sleutel moesten we halen bij een ander hotel. Ivm ziekte vd schoonmaakster, was het appartement een uur later dan afgesproken beschikbaar Bij het boeken hadden we bewust gekozen voor het appartement MET balkon op de bovenste verdieping. Dit stond ook netjes op de bevestiging. De receptie gaf echter aan dat dat niet klopt; zou een fout van Expedia of Hotels.com zijn, lag niet aan hun…. Bovenste verdieping was bezet en wij konden alleen op de 1e etage terecht. • In het portiek lag overal bouwmateriaal maar bij binnenkomst van het appartement op de 1e verdieping oogde het schoon en netjes. Echter:Er is geen living/ woonkamer aanwezig, ook ontbreekt daardoor zitje met bank, salontafel etc. De TV hing in de keuken Keuken equipment was te primitief. Slaapkamers hebben alleen vitrage en geen gordijnen waardoor het echt veel te licht is om te slapen (slaapkamers zijn aan de drukke straatzijde met straatverlichting) We hadden last van veel geluidsoverlast: A: Het pand werd van binnen verbouwd en ze hakten en boorden er lustig op los B: in het aangrenzende pand (nr73) is de noodopvang voor dak en thuislozen. Deze mensen staan dus ook voor jouw deur en onder jouw slaapkamer ramen. Daarnaast hoor je door de muren heen tussen 17.30 en 8.30 veel rumour. C: Nog meer geluidsoverlast kwam van de bovenburen (2e verdieping appartement 3). Die hadden feestjes in de nachtelijke uurtjes. De laatste avond was dit zo erg dat we echt niet konden slapen enbesloten aan te bellen
