Lokasi yang sangat bagus, dekat dengan U-bahn dan S-bahn di Berlin Mitte, dekat dengan semua tempat wisata bersejarah. Damai, tenang, sangat bersih, dan lengkap. Kamar luas. Staf yang ramah dan membantu. Pasti akan kembali!

This apartment offers excellent value for the money and is situated in a prime location. Daniel at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

If you intend to spend a week or longer in the city and plan to cook a lot of meals at home, i would strongly advise staying here. We felt at home and at ease during our weeklong visit. The apartment is minimalist and tastefully designed. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is in the kitchen. The host was welcoming and accommodating, and checkin was also quite simple. I would love to return and stay here. The only two things i would have a small complaint about are the shower in my room flooding so you can only shower for more than ten minutes, and if your window is cracked open, you have to be extremely quiet because the entire interior courtyard can hear you. Nevertheless, i still had a great time staying here.

The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is minimal but adequate. The property is very secure and safe. The bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, you could feel the slats through it when you lay down. The pillow was also terrible. The wifi kept dropping out which was very frustrating. Check in and out was not good for us or we will be instructed.

Kami diusir dari hotel pada tengah malam tanpa peringatan apapun karena kami menerima pengunjung "bukan tamu" di kamar hotel kami. Kami damai dan tenang, bahkan tidak mendengar musik. Ketika saya menawarkan untuk mengirim pengunjung kami pergi sehingga kami bisa menginap satu malam lagi, mereka menolak dan mengacu pada syarat dan ketentuan umum rumah yang seharusnya saya baca sebelum pindah dan di mana larangan tersebut disebutkan. Tentu saja, setiap hotel dapat menggunakan hak propertinya, tetapi menurut saya kami harus diberitahu tentang hal ini dan diberi peringatan sebelum kami sepenuhnya dikeluarkan. Pada hari CSD ketika semua hotel sudah penuh dipesan, saya pikir tidak masuk akal membuang dua wanita muda ke jalan pada tengah malam dengan begitu kejam. Kami hanya punya waktu 5 menit untuk mengemasi tas kami dan stafnya sama sekali tidak ramah.

Rekomendasi terbaik saya! Lokasinya di pusat kota tetapi tenang seperti yang pernah saya tinggali selama 15 tahun di Berlin. Setelah seharian jalan-jalan atau setelah janji, Anda bisa bersantai di sini, tidak hanya di kompleks perumahan itu sendiri, tetapi juga langsung di Spree atau taman di seberang. Saya suka suasana kontemporer sederhana di apartemen bersih, fungsional, dengan garis-garis yang jelas tanpa embel-embel Tanduk Rusa. Semua yang Anda butuhkan untuk tinggal mandiri ada di sana. Daniel di resepsi adalah orang yang menyenangkan, selalu ramah dan sangat membantu, jiwa rumah. Bagi saya, Nena Metropol adalah rumah kedua saya di Berlin.

Seluruh pengalaman di Nena sempurna. Bangunannya indah, dengan teras internal yang besar dengan dekorasi modern dan menyenangkan. Apartemen nyaman dan lengkap. Perhatian kelas satu. Mereka menyimpan koper Anda hingga waktu check-in dan setelah check-out sehingga Anda dapat terus menikmati kota hingga keberangkatan. Selain itu, mereka menawarkan kopi yang enak dan kamar mandi super nyaman dan bersih. Lokasi sangat bagus, Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke Alexanderplats dalam 20 menit. Ada pilihan gastronomi dan supermarket organik dalam jarak 200 meter. Kami bersenang-senang, terima kasih!

I had a great time staying there. Extremely centrally located apartment complex with major public transportation within walking distance. The staff is unfriendly, which surpasses the plus of the location. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I will definitely return to berlin and stay here. To be honest, my experience was fantastic. Dany, the host, made me feel at home. Excellent persistence. He is always available for you for whatever you need. The apartment was fantastic, with all the nicest amenities. Location, cleaning, and amenities. They also speak several lenguajes, simplifying our journey. Best wishes to this man and nena apartment berlin, who are world champions.

The apartment is very spacious, with 2 bathrooms and a view of the courtyard. There is no breakfast available, but the kitchenette is good and the fridge is large. The staff is friendly. The street is quiet. Checkin and checkout hours are a bit limited, but the night porter checked us in. A recommendation!.

Apartemen ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, dekat dengan transportasi umum. Studionya terlihat bagus dari segi ruang, namun tempat tidurnya di bawah standar. Kasur di tempat tidur ganda sangat tipis dan tempat tidur sofanya keras. Tidurnya tidak nyaman sehingga kami sering bangun pagi. Selain itu, koneksi WiFi-nya kurang kuat (studio kami berada di belakang). WiFi sering terputus dan koneksinya sering terputus. Selain itu, perbanyak peralatan dapur karena cukup minim untuk bisa memasak dengan baik. Karyawannya sangat ramah.

The most wonderful and gracious hosts. The staff not only assisted me when i lost my passport, but also made an otherwise regrettable experience one that will always be a cherished memory of berlin. Knowledgeable, approachable, amiable, and their english was impeccable. Nena is like coming home, halfway around the world.

From thursday to thursday, we had an amazing stay at the nena apartments in the heart of downtown berlin. The apartments are conveniently located, with two metro stations within walking distance. For those who want to explore the city of berlin, everything is easily accessible, and taking the metro only takes a few minutes. For those who like partygoers, you can stroll to the wellknown kitkatclub in two minutes, the tram to the tresor is also within walking distance, and even berghain can be reached on foot despite this may take 30 to 40 minutes. If you enjoy experiencing the kitkatclub, i highly recommend the nena apartments because the host is a regular visitor at the location, knows the people who run the club, and is very enthuastic about helping you get dressed. He suggested a variety of outfits and even borrowed us his clothes to get ready to enter the club! Special thanks to daniel, the host, who assisted us with every question we had and secured the entrance to kitkat, which was one of our most amazing clubbing experiences thus far. No matter what our plans for the city trip, our next stay in berlin will be at daniels apartments. Daniel, thank you!.

Walaupun mengalami kesulitan pada awalnya, kunjungan kami diatur dengan sangat baik dan profesional oleh manajer hotel dan timnya yang sangat sopan. Every time i visit berlin, i will stay at this fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, peaceful, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from an apartment. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, personal, and welcoming experience.
