Excellent position near supermarkets, drugstores, and public transport options. Easy and painless staying. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Well-kept accommodations We stayed in a comfortable apartment, but it had everything we needed. We were able to buy groceries and prepare our own food. There was a small kitchen, and the room also had an air conditioner, which was quite nice. The reception also accepted our packages and mail, which was quite useful.

Unlikely a hotel, Brea serviced apartments is a minihome so you can start getting the handle of things, for example how the supermarket works, what are the working hours of the city, how you can get by cleaning your place, how you handle your cooking etc. The location is also quite convenient it is a few steps away from one the most important subway line and has a handy restaurant downstairs great food and reasonable prices. You can get to nearly any location in Munich from there.

The area streets always felt safe. Bright, sunny apartments with excellent kitchens. Within a short distance is an excellent woodshop. The huf is only 7 minutes away, and Odeonsplatz and the English Garden are only 10 minutes. Or a tram takes you westward for walks and green space. The basement laundry room is convenient and clean. The pizza that is made downstairs is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly tomb, and Lisa was always happy to help with any questions. We stayed here several times over the winter of 20212022 and were always happy to return.

Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was available during our stay.

There was quite some noise from another of the properties. Furniture or suitcases being dragged across the tiled floor, perhaps. That disturbed me but fortunately I was out at work in the evenings so not for long. Secondly, I would suggest that the property use fewer perfumed cleaning and laundry products. This is endemic across the hospitality sector nowadays and there really is no need for this. There are many perfectly good natural, non-perfumed cleaning and laundry products on the marked that can be used instead. I really do not need strong perfume molecules on my skin and clothing, and in my lungs
