Die Unterkunft war völlig verdreckt und in marodem Zustand: 1. Bauliche Mängel und Ausstattung: Die Wohnungstür ließ sich von außen nicht verschließen und von innen nur mit einer dünnen Kette notdürftig verriegeln. Der Türrahmen hing nicht mehr richtig in der Wand. Ich informierte den Vermieter telefonisch, woraufhin er Abhilfe versprach, sich dann aber nicht mehr meldete. Die Küchenausstattung war minimal, es gab z.B. kein scharfes Messer, keine Schere, keine Möglichkeit, das Küchenhandtuch irgendwo aufzuhängen. Die Rollos im Wohn-Schlaf-Bereich waren Defekt. Im Treppenhaus stank es bestialisch. 2. Dreck: Die Wohnung war nur notdürftig hergerichtet. Überall war Dreck und Schimmel, auch das Küchenhandtuch war dreckig, also noch das vom Vormieter. Spülmittel und Handseife waren mit Wasser dermaßen verdünnt, dass es sich fast um pures Wasser handelte. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr geekelt.

Die Heizung war kaputt und es gab kein heißes Wasser! Nachdem ich den Vermieter kontaktiert hatte, gab es weder eine Rückmeldung von diesem, noch eine teilweise Rückerstattung der Kosten! Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings sehr zentral.
