Beautiful studio a short (10-15 min) walk from München Hauptbahnhof. It's located in a quieter neighborhood a bit further from Altstadt but is located near an U-Bahn station near the church. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is no laundry on-site for guests. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

房間是舒適的，但不是（全部）房間都有露台的，訂房前注意不要相信詳情說全部房間都有露台或庭園，距離中央車站是有一段距離的，步行大概15分鐘，住宿附近有一個大型商場，有很多餐廳和超市。

Oda çok küçük.ek olarak masa konulması odayı daha da küçültmüş.bagajı açacak yer dahi kalmıyor.Masa yüzünden dolap açılmıyor.Masa kaldırılmalı.duş başlığında sıkıntı vardı.her duşta her her su içinde kalıyor.havlunun paralı olması da sıkıntı yaratıyor.Otelin yeri güzel.Her yere ulaşım imkanı var.çevrede güzel bira bahçesi vs olması çok iyi.Fiyat performans olarak iyi sayılır.

Lugar limpo, localização boa., porém o aendimento ruim. Deixamos as bagagens após o check out, conforme combinado, autorizado. Na retirada o código havia sido cancelado, nenhum funcionário no local, whats demorou mais de uma hora para responder, nos passaram o cód errado. Por sorte, após muitas explicações um hóspede abriu a sala de bagagens com seu código. Apavorante...quase perdemos o trem para Hamburgo, sem contar o estresse , éramos um casal e dois filhos.

Location very convenient to transportation and only a 5 min walk to theresenwiese were the spring fest and Oktoberfest take place. 15-20 walk to Marienplatz. You need a code to gain access to the complex because there is no front desk. They do have an elevator. Several restaurants and coffee bars nearby. This apartment is basic but fine for a couple days. They have a small fridge, stove with pots pans and plates. Teabags, coffee are provided in room. You can store your luggage in basement if you arrive before check in. You just need to get the code to the door.

Leider waren die Betten nicht bezogen für die gebuchten 3 Personen. Wir mussten im Keller Bettsachen suchen und haben somit alles selbst gemacht. Wir werden hier auch noch einen Rabatt fordern

Location was good especially if you are going for Oktoberfest (which I was not) only a short walk from the main train station. Room was clean, bed comfy & if it had not been for an over enthusiastic housekeeping team who took away all my stuff, it would have got top marks. The support team got this issue resolved & my gear was returned after 2 hours. I guess this is the only problem with not having staff permanently onsite!

The apartment was central but was very dirty, no soap in bathroom, only one towel left. Access to apartment was not easy and when called to support no one answered. Besides the fact that it was very expensive for what was promised (over 300 Euro per night)

O check-in é facil tudo por email e funciona bem. Mas, nao ha funcionários e quabdo tem um.problema ficamos desamparados. Tubemos que descer 6 andares com malas pesadas pois o elevador nao funxionou por 2 dias. Um caos..

Worst place I've ever been in my life I definitely do not recommend if you cannot stand 40 degree heat period there's no air conditioning there is no fan there is no sense of reprieve at all from the heat you're only options is to open the windows period unfortunately you're in a courtyard with a church right next door and the church Echoes all the way. And on top of that there is no way to avoid the sunlight because you need to keep the windows open because otherwise you'll die of heat. Also the place is next to three Turkish restaurants Which party way too late in the morning And Apartment stuff or Smoke directly under your room And reek the whole place up of smoke. Literally the worst place I've stayed in my life Don't book !
