• All pets coming to the property must be fully and declared to the property in advance. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets on beds, sofas or armchairs, and feeding pets from dishes intended for human use. If animal hair is found on beds, upholstered furniture or in human dishes, a special cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be charged. For unregistered pets, the daily pet fee will apply plus a penalty of EUR 200 will be charged.
• If there is a discrepancy between the number of people booked and the number actually present or staying overnight, a surcharge of EUR 100 per night will be charged for each additional person.
• Loud celebrations, parties, loud music or other noisy activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment and throughout the entire building at all times.
• Street shoes are not allowed in the apartment; guests may use the provided slippers.
• This property has a strict no-smoking policy. Violators will be subject to penalties (EUR 500).

There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. On the day of arrival, the guest will receive an email from the property contaning a link for online check-in and full house rules.
