1. My gratitude to Pak Limbang and Ba Yeni for their assistance during my 10 days stay. Thank you 2. All good but a lot to improve especially towards the latency of human resources. Anything regarding information, explanation, and supervision must be clear and precise. 3. Breakfast for 10 days are various enough but the main course remains changing everyday. So far I don’t have any issues except everytime they provide the called ‘SOTO/SOUP’ anykind of it must be cold and that’s dissatisfying. SOTO/SOUP must be HOT all the time yaa 4. Santika is comfortable enough for us. I’ll be glad to be back once the management and facility improves for everyone’s sake 5. Belitung Island is GOAT

Lokasinya sekitar 30 menit dari bandara menuju utara Belitung. Kamarnya bersih, kebetulan ambil Eksekutiv Queen di lantai 2 pemandangan langsung ke pantai dan kolam renang. Kalau mau ke pantai, turun dulu, lalu jalan sekitar 250m. Kalau lg sepi ga buka buffet, sarapan ala carte diantar ke kamar, tp datangnya agak telat untung menunya cukup bervariasi dan rasanya enak. Staff jg sangat membantu. Sarapan di hari kedua buka buffet karna Sabtu Minggu ramai pengunjung. Pantainya bagus dan jernih. I recommend this hotel. TOP

Penginapannya bersih, sarapannya buffet, dekat ke pantai tp harus nyebrang sekitar 200m baru ketemu pantai dan pantainya sedikit agak keruh karna posisi di Belitung bagian Barat. Air di kamar mandi keruh mungkin karna lg musim kemarau. Dekat ke pusat kota, rumah makan, pusat belanja dll. So far so good, I recommend this hotel.
