-Housekeeping service and change of linens/towels are available upon request. For reservations
longer than 6 days, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service. Guests will be notified about their mid-
cleaning service upon arrival.
-We would also like to remind you of the damage deposit of 200€,which we collect in cash
upon arrival and we return on the departure day in case of no damage!
-Water: Please note that tap water is not drinkable.
-Toilets: Please do not throw paper in the toilet.
-Smoking: Smoking is allowed only outside the property, with exclusive use of an ashtray.
-Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC and all lights when you leave the property. We try to protect the environment!
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 - 09:00.
-Parties: Parties are not allowed.
-Damage: If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately so we can arrange for the appropriate technician. Any damage will incur an extra charge.
-Pool & Garden: We take care of the pool and garden, so you may encounter a member of our team on the property.
-Swimming Pool: The pool is 1.40 m deep. For safety reasons, please avoid jumping in or running around the pool area. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool.
-Pool Hygiene: Please do not urinate in the pool and shower before entering.
-Nature: Our property is surrounded by beautiful trees and nature, providing a peaceful environment. You may occasionally see some local animals or insects as part of the natural surroundings.
