Great stay. The host was very helpful and friendly. 3 minutes walk away from the Megali Amos sand beach and 12 minutes walk away from the centre. We had a great time.

Struttura curata immersa nel verde ma a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla città. Camera pulitissima con pulizie giornaliere e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni. Il proprietario dimitri sempre attento, presente e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente e torneremo sicuramente qua nelle prossime vacanze a skiathos

I recommend this place. The rooms are clean and the bed sheets and towels are changed frequently. Dimitri is very kind and helpful. Located in a quiet area and close to the town of Skiathos. I will be back.

Our 14 nights in studios were quite enjoyable. Our hosts were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was restful and stressfree. The room was spotless, with plenty of storage space, air conditioning, a safe, kitchenware, and a fantastic shower with hot water. The local supermarket is only a short distance away, and meal ammo beach, which has numerous beach bars and restaurants, is just a few steps away. Bus stops 4 and 5 are only a fiveminute stroll away, and Skiathos town is about a 20 minute stroll away. Although weve stayed in meal ammo several times before, this was our first time there, and it will be the first place we try to make reservations at when we get back. Many thanks, very much. Mick di. We spent nine beautiful days with Dimitri and Maria this year and felt so well looked after. Great host of excellent accommodations. a great price and suited our needs, definately satisfied with our choice. Pretty accommodation set in gardens of fruit trees, lemons, limes, oranges, pomegranates, and more, with an invite to pick. Our studio room was fully functional with air conditioning, safe included, and free parking available, exactly what we needed for our stay. Very clean, and Dimitri and Maria cleaned our room every day. Well located with easy access to meal amos beach, and beaches bars and restaurants in the day and evening. Supermarkets and bus stop within 5 mins walk, and Skiathos town approves 10 mins walk. You can walk past margarita the donkey on the main road or take carrots and apples and rustle your bag and shes bound to arrive, or take the back route through the old town port streets, very scenic and easy to follow on google maps. Dimitri is very helpful and suggests places to see and restaurants. So kind he even gave us a lift to the airport. Recommended accommodations. Wow, a traditional Greek studio is located a lane off the main road in meal ammo in skiathos town. 6 studios sleep 2 3 and 1 apartment sleeps 5 We stayed in room 4, a studio for 2 on the est floor. The studio is kept very clean by the owners Dimitri and Maria, the sheets and towels are changed every other day and cleaned every day. There is no pool but there is a pool next door. The kitchen area has a full size undercounter fridge, 2 ring oven with grill, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils, plates, dishes etc to be able to have a night in and cook. The balcony is a nice size with a table and 2 or 3 chairs. Hairdryer, table and chairs, beds are single and comfortable and air conditioning. Beaches, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away, skiathos town is about 10 minutes depending on which way you go, either straight up the main road or through the lovely streets of meal ammo. Bus stop number 5 just next to the supermarket can take you to other areas and beaches on the island. There is no bar, but there are a few tables with umbrellas in the spacious garden where you can sit with drink bought from the supermarket. Dimitri is a very nice guy to talk to, he will answer

The apartment had a fantastic stay overall. One of the three-bed rooms with three beds stayed us at the studios for 17 nights. The studios are located halfway between bus stops 4 and 5, where you can take a cheap bus to most of the island's beaches. Bus stop 5 is a straightforward walk away, however you have fewer chances of landing a seat or even a seat on the bus, so I would advise climbing up the hill to bus stop 4. There are numerous routes accessible on foot, but they require a sheepish climb. The town center and port are both a 15-minute stroll away, and there is a toaster on top, a mini-oven with two electric rings on top. The nearest grocery is also close by, and it takes only two minutes to stroll to the meal amor. While we were there, the studios were shut off from the major road, so we weren't aware of any traffic noise. There was a toaster and a mini-oven for self-catering, both of which were excellent for boiling eggs. The shower in the bathroom was hot and powerful, but we struggled to find any hangers that were suitable for our requirements. The air conditioning was quite effective. On most days, the trash cans were empty, and the linen and towels were changed every other day. It was a free return trip

Host was very accommodating and friendly, and in general it was a great stay. We really enjoyed having the balcony and being so close to the sea. One thing to note is that the air con in our room faced the door not the beds so at night you didn’t really get any of it. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would return
