If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.Local tax: 3 EUR Per adult / day may be collected during booking process. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. Allow undefined. House Rules Dear Guest, you are very welcome in our apartment. As a guest, you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems to occur. Not respecting the check-out time without previous agreement will incur an extra charge of 50% of the published daily rate. Important: every guest must register with us according to Hungarian regulations Before check-in. Failing to register may lead to denying entry to the apartment and incur a penalty prescribed by the law. We Wish You A Very Pleasant Stay In Our Apartment & In Budapest Please note that the check out time is at 10:00 as we need to clean the apartment from 10:00 to 15:00 prior to the next check-in (15.00 is the standard check in time). In case of later departure we can arrange you luggage storage at our storage partners. 1. Please inform us immediately if you notice any problems upon arrival, inform us as well if you discover any damage or omission of furnishings, lights or electrical appliances so we may get the item repaired to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. 2. Please turn off the lights when you leave the apartment; we try to keep prices at a reasonable level and would like to conserve energy. 3. Please lock the door and the terrace door behind you when you leave and ensure windows are secured.
