Hotelnya cukup nyaman dan kebersihannya terjaga dengan baik.

Hotel ini termasuk hotel kelas kecamatan. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau karena berada di pinggir jalan. Namun, tempat parkirnya agak sempit. Di depan BBS Homestay terdapat sebuah kafe yang disebut BBS Cafe.
