Proses check in ribet sekali, karena dialihkan dengan travelio. Jadi tiket seperti pihak ke 3 saja dan itu benar benar buat pusing. Staff travelio memaksa harus memberikan riview bagus dan mengisi didepan dia langsung, padahal pelayanannya juga kurang memuaskan.! Next kalau mau sewa apart di tiket.com harus cek lagi takut punya travelio

Dari awal saya tidak pernah pakai app lain selain tiket.com tapi ada app lain yg mengatakan saya pesan dari app itu (?) Posisi ini kamar untuk mama staycation aja, tapi g*** mama dan kakak baru dtg disuruh nunggu sampe 1,5 jam baru bisa cek in? Awalnya dsuruh nunggu sampe jam st.7 malam (?) Bantalnya tipis, wallpaper banyak yg mengelupas, ac gbsa di matikan Tengah malam kamar bocor, nggak ada wifi, sinyal telkmsl kecil, kamar mandi pagi2nya agak bau, kamar mandi kotor banyak rambut, saya jadi sebel dan nggak mau pesen apart lagi, lebih jelas hotel bisa langsung di betulkan, btw saya pesan di harga 800++ Busheeettt 👎 Plusmya cmn view bagus kamar luasssss, dan dekat dengan dufan.
