Lokasi hotel bagus, dekat dengan pantai Bara. Fasilitas kamar bagus. Kebersihan bagus. Harga tidak sesuai dengan yang tertera pada aplikasi online. Saya memesan kamar keluarga dengan kapasitas 6 orang sesuai informasi dari pihak hotel. Tapi saat tiba di hotel sesuai 6 orang, pihak hotel meminta tambahan biaya Rp150.000 per orang dengan alasan pesanan tertera 1 pax dan tambahan dihitung berdasarkan jumlah orang padahal tidak ada tambahan fasilitas apapun: tidak menambah extra bed, tidak menambah sarapan. Setelah dijelaskan bahwa kamar yang pihak hotel masukkan di aplikasi memang tertera 1 pax, resepsionis berubah dan meminta agar menambah sesuai harga aplikasi lain. Setelah saya keberatan, terakhir resepsionis meminta ditambahkan saja rp100.000 (selain deposit rp100.000) dengan alasan tambahan untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas kamar padahal tidak ada tambahan fasilitas apapun. Besok paginya saya mendengar ada keributan di resepsionis saat tamu lain yang check in setelah pesan online juga mengalami hal yang serupa, diminta tambahan rp150.000 per orang. Asumsi saya, hal ini sudah sering terjadi di hotel ini.
