About Omah Ijo By Simply Homy
3 bedrooms full AC (3 queen beds), Smart TV in public area, WiFi, water heater, 3 bathrooms (all ensuite), living room, kitchen, dining room, inner garden, rooftop, and standard cooking equipment. Bed capacity for 3 adults. Maximum capacity 8 people (excluding extra beds). Parking space fits up to 3 private cars.

ACCOMMODATION IS RESERVED FOR A GROUP OF FAMILIES, A GROUP OF ALL MEN, OR ALL WOMEN. NON-FAMILY MIXED GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Furthermore, according to our standard procedures, we must present the rules of Simply Homy:

It is forbidden to bring or consume alcoholic beverages and drugs.

Non-couples/non-muhrim are prohibited from sleeping in 1 room.

Check-in time is from 2 PM, and check-out time is until 12 PM.

Additional charges apply for extra electricity usage from facilities brought by guests (rice cookers, irons, laptops, maximum 2 laptops): IDR 25,000 per item.

For power outages caused by other parties (PLN), including force majeure, Simply Homy is not responsible. We appreciate guests' understanding of this policy.

All guests must maintain courtesy and a peaceful environment during their stay.

Making noise that disturbs the surrounding neighborhood, especially at night (above 8 PM), is not allowed.

Guests must comply with Simply Homy Guest House regulations, as attached to the guest form.

Guest houses may not be used for religious activities other than Islamic religious activities.

Guests are expected to prioritize activities that are friendly to children.

No ikhtilat (mingling) between men and women who are not mahram is allowed within Simply Homy Guest House.
