We reserved 2 I 3 bedroom villas next to each other and shared a pool with views. These villas appear lovely on the surface, but what I discover is that it took a long time for the air conditioning to cool the rooms because it wasn't working well. The main power board, which was not working well, kept slipping off, requiring a staff member to sit on the power board all day to keep the power up. Third, the roof leaked in one of the main bedrooms, where I got wet during the night and had to sleep in the lounge. There was no real cooking area because there was no microwave or oven. A broken main sink in one of the villas, and when you turned on the tap water flowed everywhere. This was reported but never fixed. Also, neither villa had a dining table. We requested a table from the manager, which he placed in one of the villas, which we all used. We had to request towels and two tiny water bottles are provided each day, and breakfast is cold. The pool is not the blue color in the photo, and at one point the water was so green that you couldn't even see the bottom. The pool deck was also damaged, making it dangerous to walk on. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite all of these drawbacks. They never did anything on their own back, but they would be there when we required

We reserved 2 I 3 bedroom villas next to each other overlooking the pool. These villas appear awesome on the surface, but there are some drawbacks. The air conditioning didnt work very well, so it took long for the air conditioning to cool the rooms. The main power board was tripping, so the manager had a staff member sitting next to the power board all day to keep turning it back on. The rooftop leaked in one of the main bedrooms, where I got wet all night and had to sleep in the lounge. There was only a stove in the kitchen. The main tap in one of the villas was damaged and water gushed everywhere when you switched on the tap. This was reported but never rectified. There were also no dining tables in either villa. We requested a table, which he set up in one of the villas which we all used. There were 2 small bottles of water every day, and breakfast came cold every morning. The pool isn't blue as in the photos, and one time, the pool was so green that it was so dark that you could not even see the bottom. The deck around the pool was also broken so it was dangerous to walk on. Even with all these drawbacks, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They never did anything off their own back, but they were always there for us when we needed something. The villas are far from

Petugas tidak standby di tempat. Namanya villa, tp peralatan utk masak, sangat kurang. Cuma tersedia 1 panci teflon & 1 panci sop kecil. Piring gelas sendok garpu lengkap. Kebersihan ok.
