Awalnya saya agak khawatir karena tempatnya cukup jauh dari pusat Malang dan tidak ada ulasan di aplikasi, jadi agak khawatir, tapi bismillah dulu memesan, ternyata nyaman, 9 per 10, mungkin kekurangannya agak jauh, tapi harga segini sangat bagus. Pertama-tama, pemilik rumah sangat baik dan segar, kamar mandi bersih, kamar bersih dan sesuai dengan foto di atas, AC juga sangat dingin, terus mungkin yang muslim sangat nyaman karena disediakan tempat sholat oleh bapaknya, jika tidak ingin sholat di rumah, bisa ke musholla depan rumah, jadi tidak akan ketinggalan saat sholat. Selain itu, dapat handuk dan fasilitas dapur, bisa membuat kopi, teh, dan mie dengan biaya terjangkau, masih standar warung (3 k untuk minum dan 6 k untuk mie seingat saya), meskipun memasak sendiri, ada kulkas dan hehe. Jujur, nyaman banget di sini, kompleksnya tenang juga, jadi tidak terganggu saat istirahat. Nilai 9 per 10 Pak, kapan-kapan saya kesini lagi kalau main ke Malang hehe. Saya membantu review di aplikasi yang sepi, tapi jujur sangat nyaman menginap di sini suasananya hehe, jadi recomend banget kalau mau kesini, apalagi bapaknya juga sesama muslim jadi enak juga jadi sama-sama clop hehe. Lokasinya di depan masjid, jadi jamaah bisa sholat di masjid setiap saat. Kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandinya bagus. Ada mie instan yang bisa ditotal belakangan kalau malas cari makan.

Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandinya bersih, semua kamar ber-AC dan sangat dingin. Peralatan dapur lengkap. Parkirnya luas karena berada di depan masjid, sehingga bisa parkir di halaman masjid. Pemiliknya sangat ramah dan selalu menyapa tamunya. Jika ke Malang, saya akan menginap di sini lagi. Homestay ini merupakan penginapan bintang lima yang dapat menampung hingga 10 orang. Bapaknya sangat ramah dan lingkungannya tenang karena berada di lingkungan perumahan, jadi jika ingin berisik, jangan kenceng-kenceng. Selain itu, disediakan alat masak seperti kompor, mejikom dilengkapi dengan air hangat di galon yang terus menyala, kamar mandi dilengkapi dengan air hangat, serta sabun yang sangat wangi. AC di kamar juga berfungsi dengan baik. Yang paling penting, di harga yang terjangkau, bapaknya akan memberikan diskon. Terima kasih atas perhatiannya. Semoga usahanya terus berjalan dengan baik. Amin. Oh iya, kemarin, mejikom tidak dibersihkan dalamnya, sehingga mengira teman-teman saya itu berkarat. Mungkin hal ini bisa menjadi perhatian bagi para petugas kebersihan. Terima kasih Pak.

This place is fantastic, with comfortable beds, impeccably clean, spacious common areas, and balconies. The only downside is the fact that you are literally speaking in opposition to a mosque speaker. This is not a problem if you are a Muslim, but it can be a concern for others.

Ada 3 kamar dalam Homestay, cocok untuk keluarga atau rombongan 6-10 orang, setiap kamar ada tv dan ac, ada mesin cuci, 2 kamar mandi, dapur, dispenser. Parkir luas di depan masjid, tidak perlu pasang alarm, karena azan subuh pasti terdengar karena Masjid persis di depan rumah. Kalo bawa keluarga ke Malang, pasti saya kesini lagi.
