Im not sure how many villas are holiday rentals, but we stayed at villa Merbau. First off, let me start with the fact that this villa is huge. It definitely has a wow factor. I believe there are five bathrooms to the three bedrooms. This villa could be absolutely stunning if a little money was spent on it. Many of the soft furnishings were torn and desperately need to be replaced. There really is no excuse for this considering how cheaply you can get things made in bali. The location was great, although it was difficult to find at first. I highly recommend renting bikes so you can get around because it is not far from the beach as the crow flies, but it takes a little time to walk around to jalan banau tambblingan.

Kolam renangnya besar dengan nuansa yang bagus dan mewah. Namun, menurut saya kebersihannya kurang. Debu menumpuk di berbagai tempat dan mesin pembuat kopi di dapur dalam kondisi buruk. Namun, tiga tempat tidur ganda telah dibersihkan secara menyeluruh. Suasana kamar dan kolam renang sangat menyenangkan. Menurut saya, tidak masalah jika digunakan dalam waktu singkat dengan harga yang murah.

Sempat ada miskom tapi staffnya gercep banget dan solutif. Kamarnya meeah dan terawat. Tiap ruangan ada tv HD nya. Canggih. Alat makan lengkap dan bersih. Dapet welcoming snack dan minuman. Trus pas mau check out dibolehin numpang nunggu sebebntar karena rental Mobil kita telat. Rekomended!! Kebersihan sangat terawat.

Tempatnya bagus, fotonya bagus, lokasinya bagus, tapi kalau bayar di muka uang hilang, kesan manja. Semuanya sangat terbengkalai dan kotor, "brownies" lokal sangat malas dan tidak ramah, pengelola akan mencoba memancing uang sebanyak mungkin dari Anda. Ada konstruksi di sekitar, Anda tinggal tepat di lokasi konstruksi. Jendela besar vila memiliki TV untuk para pekerja yang tinggal tepat di seberang, yang hiburan malamnya hanya menonton mereka yang tinggal di vila ini. Pada siang hari sangat bising dan berdebu. Selalu ada masalah dengan internet. Mereka mendengarmu sampai Anda membayar, lalu mereka buta. Pilih tempat liburan lain.

A very huge modern beautiful villa with only 1 negative point, which is the pool. The pool has a a lot of plants and large tree around it, but they are not being taken care at all. They look wild and we afraid that maybe small.animal like snakes or lizard could hide there. That makes the pool always full of fallen leaves and flowers. But still 5 stars for the comfort (ac in all rooms, beautiful big baths, a lot of space (balcony, cinema room etc.), big tv in every room, big dining room, big kitchen)
