Should more guests arrive at villa than noted on booking sheet, there will be additional costs at the discretion of the villa. This includes children.
Where a pet is permitted a separate bond of $150 is required at check in - which is refundable if there is no damage.
Bookings are for holiday stays only unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Events (e.g., weddings or parties) must be declared at booking, as approval, fees, or deposits may apply. Some events require local permits, and if denied, only the event fee will be refunded with no further compensation.

No smoking in Bedroom or inside the villa
Smoking outdoors pool area only
Sisha is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property
No diving in pool, staff are not trained in life saving
No glassware near pool
Temporary tattoos, body oils or any substance that stain linen will be charged for new linen cost.
Valuables and cash must be secured in safety box, villa will not be liable.
Bali can be prone to electric black out that is directed through PLN Electric Company we apologize if this occurs during your stay in advance, it is out of Villa control. Not more than 2 times per month for around 1-2 hours.
If guests have become aggressive or have unreasonable demand, the host has a right to ask them to leave.
If there is a breach of smoking policy at villa we will charge a fee as to one night stay.
Breaches of villa rules (noise after hours, disrespect, unreasonable behavior, or damage) will result in charges or surcharges. The villa reserves the right to determine repair costs and may enforce eviction without refund. Possession or use of illegal drugs will lead to immediate eviction.
Bali is an ever developing country and as such Villa will not be liable for any noise in the event there is nearby construction which is outside of our control.
