To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below: - This villa has 4 bedrooms for maximum occupancy of 8 people. If staying more than 8 people, max. only accepts additional 2 people with an additional charge IDR 250,000/person/night for adults over 12 years and IDR 180,000/person/night for children aged 4-12 years including breakfast (extra bed are not provided).
- Late check-out is upon request but it is subject to availability with additional cost.- For last minute booking on that day, after 4pm Bali Time are not accepted. - During the check-in process, our staff will take a photo of the guest's KTP or passport (ID). - Parking space in front of the villa, is enough for 1 car.

Please kindly be noted that there is construction work (project) of another property is going on right beside of our villa and all area will affect by noise.

We are still unsure the project period yet because we are still waiting further information from that project team. Construction can be on and off depending on the worker of the project. Normally the project worker will start work from around 8 AM to 5 PM but this can change at any time without prior notice to us.
