tertulis di tiket.com check in pukul 14.00, pukul 14.20 saya WA ke admin untuk minta password kunci dll, katanya msh dalam proses pembersihan. akhirnya kami coba muter" sebentar hingga pukul 14.35. jujur pas buka pintu sdh kecewa, karena lantai msh basah bekas pel, sofa sangat kotor banyak sisa" hitam rokok, ada bbrp hewan mati di lantainya (sayap kecoa dan lalat), banyak juga lalat yang beterbangan di villa tsb. selain itu kolam juga sangat butek tidak jernih, seperti diberi banyak sekali kaporit. pas naik ke lantai 2, kami coba cek" detail kamar karena sdh kecewa dgn lantai 1. kami mendapati 2 helai rambut panjang di kasur dan handuk dilipat rapi tapi bau apek. lalu kami lgsg menelepon admin untuk membersihkan ulang villa. tidak lama stlh telp admin, ada seorang ibu datang menggunakan motor membawa galon. dari sini kami tau bahwa villa tsb tidak siap saat kami check in, karena sblm kami meminta ibu membersihkan, ibu tsb masuk ke villa dalam keadaan kami di dalam tapi pintu utama terbuka. disana ibunya memasang galon dan merefill sabun cuci piring. saat itu, kami lgsg komplain dan meminta ibunya membersihkan ulang dan mengganti seprei. sbnrnya untuk pelayanan ibunya oke, tapi ibunya cerita bahwa orang sblm kita memang check out nya telat. jadi mgkn ibunya tidak bisa membersihkan baik karena waktu yang tidak bnyk dan ibunya blg juga dia bersihin semuanya ini sendiri. jujur kami kecewa sekali menginap di villa iniPopular Facilities
