Smoking
> Smoking is allowed in open spaces ONLY. No smoking in guest rooms. *Smoking inside of guestrooms will result in a IDR3m cleaning fee
> Please dispose of your cigarette butts appropriately in the ash trays and garbage bins provided
> Please do not stub out your cigarettes on furniture, trees, grass or other plants


Kitchen and food & beverages
> Do not leave open containers or food outside. Put any leftovers or remains in garbage or fridge
> Do not put hot items on countertops and keep clean
> Rinse your dishes after use to make washing easier
> Inform us of any damage to any utensils or equipment


Fridge
> Keep doors completely closed at all times
> Clean any spills immediately
> Do not adjust temperature settings

Microwave
> Use microwave only as intended—for food & beverage preparation
> Make sure ANY spill is immediately cleaned inside and outside the microwave
> Do not, under any circumstances, place any kind of metal inside of the microwave


Breakfast
> If you have ordered breakfast, please let us know what time you would like it served
> Staff will deliver and set up at that time. We realize that sometimes guests plans change: if the gate is locked, staff will knock and announce themselves to serve breakfast
> If they are not acknowledged after second knock, staff will open the gate and leave breakfast on the kitchen counter for guests to serve themselves at their convenience


Guest rooms
> No live flame allowed inside rooms
> Do not eat or smoke in the guest rooms
> Use the mosquito repelling mats in guest rooms, not mosquito coils

< < < We're an eco-friendly property and are trying to keep the property as authentic as possible. Our buildings are traditional Javanese structures, made mostly of teak, with rustic character but also all the unavoidable seams and spaces. All rooms have both an air conditioner and a ceiling fan—they can be made cool but not "refrigerator cold". To make your room as cool as possible, tightly close and fasten all windows and doors and turn on the air conditioner (air conditioner mode, full fan speed, lowest temperature setting) and ceiling fan (4 or 5 setting to circulate the air well). “All doors” includes the one to the bathroom, too, as bathrooms are open to the outside and will drain all the cold air from the air-conditioned space. > > >


Swimming pool
> Use at your own risk
> All swimmers must be supervised at all times
> Do not use the pool if you are in any way impaired or suffering from bad health
> Use caution when walking on pool deck. The deck will become wet when using pool or after rain. No running allowed
> No horseplay allowed in the pool
> Do not jump or dive into the pool
> Do not move loungers from the pool deck


Grounds
> Please help us maintain our serene and beautiful environment—treat it like it's your own
> Do not pick, cut, break, dig or otherwise destroy any plant, tree or grass
> Gathering frangipani buds that have fallen is acceptable
