Suasananya menyenangkan. Namun, sepertinya perlu sedikit renovasi, misalnya atapnya bocor, dan dindingnya juga catnya sudah ada yang rusak, entah karena lembab atau bagaimana. Alat masaknya cukup lengkap, 3- 2 dan di sini Anda bisa bebas keluar karena bisa menonton Netflix, karaoke, dan berenang, meskipun dinginnya tidak main-main. Karena ruang terbuka, itu membuatnya nyaman, sama sekali tidak jauh dari mana-mana, jadi sejuk, tenang, dan tidak ribet. Cocok untuk healing si bolela.

Pemandangannya tidak ada tandingannya, tempatnya nyaman dan bersih. Tidak ada AC, tapi sepertinya tidak diperlukan. Udaranya sangat dingin di malam dan pagi hari. Lantai 2 nya sangat cocok untuk berkumpul, arenya seperti kafe, jadi bisa bersantai sambil melihat matahari terbenam dan kota. Namun, akses ke dalamnya memerlukan usaha ekstra untuk mobil city car karena ada jalan menuju villa yang masih makadam hanya beberapa meter saja.

Kelebihan: Bangunan atau desain arsitekturalnya keren dan sangat Instagramable untuk ciwi-ciwi. Fasilitasnya lengkap, seperti piring, peralatan masak, galon, dll. Kolam renangnya bersih dan bisa barbekyu di kolam renang sisi. Lokasi: masih dalam kategori dekat, tidak perlu ke atas (untuk daerah Puncak), tidak macet. Harganya terjangkau, tidak terlalu mahal untuk kualitas villa seperti ini, terutama pada hari kerja. Kekurangan: Akses: membutuhkan usaha dan doa, hehehe. Jalan naik turun dan curam, mobil harus prima. Rooftop: atapnya bocor. Beberapa kamar mandinya smelling-bagi yang bocor. Mungkin ada kesalahan sistem plumbingnya.
