Saya menginap di apartemen 2 kamar tidur di sini dan sangat nyaman bersama keluarga, kolam renangnya bagus, dan aksesnya mudah kemana-mana.

Mengunjungi rumah teman, unitnya minimalis, suara dari jalan agak terdengar karena terletak di jalan besar yang ramai. Fasilitasnya sangat baik, kolam renangnya luar biasa besar untuk ukuran apartemen, ada tempat cuci baju dan dapur bersama, ada ruang co-working yang luas, banyak ruang santai yang dapat dipinjamkan kepada penghuni dengan melakukan reservasi. Area lobby terlihat tenang dan cukup mewah. Ada area khusus untuk menerima paket dan makanan dari kurir di basement dan ada petugas khusus. Mencari tempat parkir juga tidak sulit. Secara keseluruhan oke, hanya saya tidak tahu bagaimana saya tinggal di sana.

Selama setahun saya tinggal di sini, secara keseluruhan sangat nyaman, bersih, semua stafnya ramah, dan pemeliharaan fasilitasnya juga baik. Banyak serangga, kecoa, dll tidak pernah masuk unit saya, tetapi semutnya banyak, tetapi saya selalu menaruh cengkeh sehingga aman. Saya sangat senang bahwa ada peraturan bahwa tidak boleh membawa hewan peliharaan, karena saya sendiri memiliki bayi dan takut bahwa kolam renang atau ruang bersama pernah dikosongkan atau digunakan oleh hewan lain, yang kita tidak tahu apakah ada penyakit bawaan atau tidak dari hewan tersebut. Saat ini, dengan peraturan seperti itu, masih banyak penghuni yang diam. Diam membawa hewan peliharaan mereka ke unit mana pun jika diizinkan. Minusnya tinggal di sini sejak parkir otomatis penghuni harus membayar parkir, tetapi satpam yang ada hanya mengobrol di depan dan tidak ada yang mengawasi gerbang belakang. Jika gerbang belakang dibuka untuk gerbang masuk, akan jauh lebih nyaman sehingga penghuni tidak harus bermacet-macetan untuk masuk gerbang.

Staycation ini adalah yang paling nyaman sejauh ini. Kasurnya bertingkat, satu orang mendapatkan satu kasur ukuran single besar, bisa untuk lima orang. AC-nya ada dua, sangat dingin. Kolam renangnya besar, check-innya mudah, dan akses parkirnya juga mudah. Jika ada kesempatan, saya ingin menginap lagi di sini.

Salesnya ramah dan perhatian (namanya Pak Alvin Lokasi agak jauh tapi secara keseluruhan oke. Mungkin karena baru banget, apartemennya masih sepi. Semoga cepat terisi dan memberikan pilihan bagi para penghuni.
