The check in process was smooth, but it is important that you do let them know when you arrive. It was helpful as the inn is part of an apartment building (that houses residents) and the staff will greet you upon arrival. The main office is on the 4th floor, so that’s important to note for people who find stairs challenging. There is also an old school lift/elevator. The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the breakfast basket and in room breakfast options were very appreciated. The terrace room we booked was very spacious and roomy which was perfect for our family of 5. The location and neighborhood in Rome was really terrific for restaurants and last minute shopping. A great spot also with ease to/from FCO.

This hotel is in a great location and could walk to the major attractions. The only thing that I would improve on is the breakfast was only pastry and it would be helpful if they added maybe some fresh fruit.

Clean and safe! Perfect location in Rome - a little removed from the tourist madness, but walkable to everything and surrounded with great shopping and dining options! We loved our room with the terrace to have a bit of private outside space in the middle of the city.

Great location to stay when visiting the Rome Monti area. Walking distance to lots of tourist spots, restaurant options, shopping, etc. We rented the 2-bdrm apartment and it was so much space - two bedrooms + two bathrooms with showers + two courtyards + kitchen with a cook top, refrigerator and microwave. The staff also arranged direct airport pick-ups for us both to and from FCO. We also enjoyed the fresh bread/breakfast delivered each morning (one bag of sweet pastries + one bag of fresh bread)

We stayed in the two bedroom with terrace. Everything was clean. The room was on second floor and easy to get to. There is an elevator if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage which was super helpful. The place was large compared to a lot of other places in Rome. The showers were big. There was a washer. The beds were very comfortable. There were two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, and two living areas, and the outdoor terrace was beautiful. The place was very spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The hotel is an easy 8min walk from Roma Termini. Fresh pastries and bread were delivered to our room daily in the morning. There is a mini market / grocery store called Pam Local right across the street for water, fruit, snacks, milk, yogurt, etc which was amazing. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was outstanding and super friendly. They helped us book taxis in advance for our tours and notified us about strikes happening in Rome.

This hotel was a little difficult to actually get into the front door the first time we arrived, but someone else was arriving that moved in the building and let us in. There was no front desk or signage when we got inside, but that same person told us the front desk was on the upper floor. Everything was great after they checked us in and gave us keys.
