The bedroom was superb, the bed was enormous and one of the best I've slept on ever. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with the bathroom, toilet unfixed to the ground, sink not draining properly etc. A damp musty smell in that room. Shower cubicle a bit past it's best. I was there a short time and to be fair I don't think the proprietor was even aware of the bathroom issues. It wouldn't take much to fix those bathroom problems and it would be excellent as the bedroom was a gem. The location was good too, easy walk into town past the university.

A 20 minuti dalla stazione e circa 15 minuti dal centro. Per il resto.. il proprietario non risponde al telefono e ci ha messo 3 giorni per rispondere su WhatsApp. Stanza piena di problemi: intonaco che cade dal soffitto, prese che si staccano, scaldabagno da muro che non funziona, tubature intasate, bidet col tappo che non si toglie, asciugamano macchiato e soprattutto puzza di fogna/tonno.

La struttura andava bene come posizione strategica per le mie esigenze di vicinanza alla fiera di bologna. Poco insonorizzata, pertanto si sentivano sia il caos della strada che delle stanze adiacenti. Per il riposo pomeridiano poco indicata.

Family vacation. Online check-in was not very clear if submission of information required by hotel is completed, as there is no other reply from hotel. On day of arrival, unable to gain access into the building. Has waited for someone to come out of the building to be able to let myself in.

Dårligt oplyst om stedets beliggenhed, sengen var absolut bundkarakter, knirkende og lød som om man sov på gaden så meget larm var der igennem væggen… Beskidt og gammelt… En enkelt mand mødte vi på etagen, hvor han brugte en duftspray på etagen… det var den rengøring. Ikke skiftet håndklæder mv i de 4 dage man havde… rigtig dårligt.

Unfortunately it’s tough to leave a good review. The lack of a front desk caused a delay checking in. The AC unit was not working so we had to wait for it to be fixed. On a positive note the property manager came to fix it and did so after about 30 minutes. The apartment is a good size and looked clean but we did see 3 bugs which was a bit disturbing. Probably needs to be exterminated. It’s a 20 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center which is convenient. It’s affordable but I don’t think we would stay there again

Ho prenotato una stanza singola credendo che il bagno fosse diviso da un muro (come sarebbe previsto) ed ho scoperto che aveva il lavabo, la tazza wc e la doccia nella stanza….non c‘era posto neanche per aprire la valigia. Il proprietario era disponibile e gentile e la pulizia andava bene. Il rapporto qualità prezzo lo trovo eccessivo (io viaggio spesso e abito in una zona altamente turistica).

Toilet was right next to the bed in the same room- no cubicle. It smelled bad all day and worse at night. Even with the window open the smell was lingering!

Honteux !!! : - nous n'avons vu personne du B&B - nous avons dû téléphoner 3 fois pour avoir accès - aucune information sur la ville, les choses à y faire,... - pas de nettoyage ni changement de serviettes - petit déjeuner scandaleux : un café et un croissant au bar du rez de chaussée. à noter qu'ils annoncent un petit déjeuner complet... - chambre côté rue TRES bruyante - literie d'une qualité douteuse (lit et matelas Ikéa de très bas de gamme = premier prix)

Worst please where you can stay 😔 On description of the B & B is stated Full Breakfast, and on arrival you get card for a coffee and Croissant from the bistro downstairs . No one change our rubbish for 4 days. No one to welcome you on arrival 🙂 Would we stay there again-NO Would we recommend this please to anyone -NO Disappointment 😞
