Direkt am Ende der Einkaufszone gelegen. Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr ansprechende Ausstattung. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Sehr kurze Anfahrt zu den Fähranlegern, die für Backpacker auch von dort aus zu Füß erreichbar sind. Falls sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir sehr gerne wieder dort buchen.

Small and cozy hotel in an old building. The owner waited for us outside the hotel as we arrived at about 11 pm. Very friendly and welcoming person. We slept very well. and we found restaurants for late snack in the evening and then breakfast in the morning about 50 steps outside the door. It was perfect for us as the first night in Sardinia.

Séjour d’une nuit très agréable. Chambre spacieuse (sdb privative ce qui n’est pas le cas de toutes les chambres) et propre. Très bien situé pour accéder rapidement au centre ville à pieds.

Perfekte zentrale Lage und sehr schön eingerichtet. Perfekt um ein paar Tage Olbia und Umgebung zu entdecken. Die Gastgeberin war super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were only in Olbia one night but were very happy with our accomodation in a typical Sardinian house on the first floor. It was a generous room with a modernised bathroom, fairly small but adequate. There was a cafe downstairs where we had coffee & croissants next morning and it was a beautiful walk down the Main Street to the many restaurants and other facilities. Olbia is a very clean town where the locals obviously take much pride in their surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

Ils m’ont changé d’hotel Car la salle de bain avait soit disant un problème de plomberie... donc hôtel mieux, propre, nickel mais pas séjourné au Corso 151

O local é muito bom. Apartamento confortável. Minha reclamação é que optei por parcelar minha estadia em reais pelo site e ao chegar no apartamento a mulher que me recebeu informou que o pagamento ainda não havia sido realizado. Minha reserva estava em português e a mesma não entendia.

We visited a bit out of season (mid October). For check in, I didn’t get answer on messages through hotels.com, but the owner answered quickly by WhatsApp. At arrival around seven, we met the owner (?) and another guest that had stored luggage in our room and was just about to collect it. The room was decently clean. A bit strange smell in the bathroom, but we thought it was the air refresher. In the middle of the night, it was terrible. Strong cloak smell in the bathroom, making me wanting to vomit. Tried to put on the light (and by that the ventilation) for the rest of the night, but still not a place to be the next morning. The owner wrote that they “we certainly had some sewerage problems during the night.” We were first offered another room. Even with a non-smoking sign outside, the room clearly smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom as well had a bad smell. We had booked for two nights. We asked for a refund for the next night and got booked another place. The owner accepted this. We got less than half of our total booking back. I was just happy to get out, but looking back it was strange. Strange even to be charged at all for the night with the cloak in our bathroom… When leaving, the owner accepted that we left luggage until we could check in the next place. That was positiv.
