This is one of the nicest features of the building, though because they were redesigned in the 1870 s by an architect who was so proud of his work to put up a plaque in latin en recognizing it. This is awarded four stars primarily because of its superbly convenient location, less than 10 minutes' walk to either the Spanish steps or the treat fountain, about 20 minutes' walk from most attractions, and 5 minutes' walk from the closest metro station. The apartments are rather basic, yet there are all the amenities you need for a brief stay at a very reasonable price given the location. Although there is no wifi in the apartment, the staff who manages the apartments is quite helpful, and they will let you use theirs when required. The area is undoubtedly compact, but the mattress is comfortable enough, and there is a small cooking alcove where you could, in case the need arises when you need to make a dish of pasta. Although there arent many places to put anything down, the location is certainly secluded, but the bed is comfortable enough and there is a little kitchen area where you might, in a pinch, prepare a plate of pasta. Except for breakfast, there is a really excellent eatery next door, so you wont want to selfcater. Despite some concerns about the lift, which is unusually slow and goes out of

I highly suggest this establishment! We traveled to Rome in July and had no idea where to stay. We had a desire to explore as much as possible, and we had enough time to take the public transportation because of this location. Every major attraction is within walking distance, and it took us five minutes to leap to the Spanish steps in the evening. The ac was functioning correctly. It was a pleasant stay, and everything was neat. In the past, the hotel staff members have allowed us to check in and have been very accommodating during our visit. Everything is tidy.

This hotel has a good location, a tidy, large apartment. Their service was very friendly and helpful. Although we were staying in a hotel, it was wonderful to have a hotel reception. The only thing that is bad is that only at the hotel reception and not in the apartment.
