Allow undefined. Welcome to Villa Adelaide. the villa is equipped with solar panels so is environmental neutral . so please use Ac, Laundry machine etc during day time if possible. Please observe, cleaning during the time is not included in the price. the house will be cleaned upon your arrival. please leave the house in decent condition . Garden. there is both fig trees and pear, feel free to eat as many you like :) Swimming pool. the pool maintenance is not included during the renting time. we clean the pool regularly but due to the hot and sunny weather there can be some debris on the bottom, we provide tools to clean it easily. the power cord have a timer connected , please for safety unplug the cord during swimming. please dont use the filter pump during night time "after 21-22 a clock" we do provide the chemicals and tools to keep it clean. the pool chemicals will be placed in a box near the entrance of the house. please put 2-3 tablets "called 4 in 1" once a week inside the water skimmer that is placed inside the pool, that is all you need.. if the pool is still not clean please contact us, we can tell how to do . cleaned floors, dusted tables etc. the dirty laundry please on the floor in the bathrooms or the dirty basket, thanks. if you by accident brake some items please contact us, we recommend to not use dishwasher ,washing machine and Ac at the same time, the chance is high the power breakers will shut off. you can find the power breakers in either the main bedroom or inside the garage "inside left side" . please dont have the windows open if you use Ac. Garbage collection. garbage is collected every thurday or friday. easiest way is to put the garbage bags outside the fence "pleasde not on the ground" Wifi is on , login under the router Ama
