The unit was clean, well situated, and comfortable. Our Concierge Oscar was friendly and very helpful. The only downside to be aware of is the stairs. It's two flights up, the stairs are quite steep, and also narrow. If you have a lot of luggage and bad knees it might not be for you. Other than that it was perfect.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Stairs entering Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Very steep and uneven. Loved its kitchen and tankless water hear a plus

Amazing place. The appartment was great, spacious and close to all we needed. There was a wonderful all organic restaurant near by.

This apartment was a great place for our family or 5 to stay. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was near a bus stop but also walkable to the city center. The host was able to accommodate an early check-in, and someone came to give us the keys and show us a few things. It's on the third floor, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Shower was filled with mold. We had problems with the parking and could not get a hold of the staff. In order to access the city center by car you need a ZTL license which we only found out 30min prior to check in, and usually hotels handle this for you but in this case the property did want to manage this. We ended up getting a fine because the property did not want to register our plate number through the ZTL system.
