This place is highly recommended and recommended! I chose the Luxe Apartment to vacation with my adult kids. This choice made me very happy! The apartment is large with a well equipped kitchen, a very clean, functional washer/dryer combination, and midweek cleaning for a full week's stay. Very close to bus and trams, 10.5 minutes walk to metro and 20 minutes to train station. The host is very helpful on site. It is very easy to get around Rome from here. Good neighborhood restaurants, gelato, and several grocery stores.

I booked a stay at this hotel for 5 nights and I'm very satisfied because of the price, the location, the location, food, bus stops, the rooms, and the service. The hotel employees really helped me plan trips to various places during my short visit to Rome.

Wonderful week's holiday! Fully furnished one-bedroom apartment, 2 minutes from a bus stop, 15 minutes from a terming main railway, and 10 minutes walk to a nearby coop metro. Receptionists are very helpful. Traffic noise isn't a problem on a busy street. Using internet instructions, we caught a local train from terming for 8 euros and returned within an hour.

We have a total of eight family members traveling there and reserved two accommodations for five nights. I was referring to rooms, but each room is actually a very large one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen that is extremely comfortable for four people but may also accommodate additional people as there are extra sofas. The closest metro station is about 1015 minutes by foot, and the bus stops are about 25 minutes by foot. My biggest thanks goes to the administration for not only arranging for a taxi from the airport for our late arrival, but also making every effort to make our stay smooth and comfortable.

The serviced apartment mixed with residential in a quiet area just outside the main areas but had Porta Maggie at the end of the road and this is like a tram station. The terming was only a short tram ride so you could travel to almost anywhere. Apartment was a good size one bedroom. Immaculately clean. Well equipped. Quiet. Safe area so don't be put off by graffiti. It's everywhere. Lovely warm due to huge radiators. Needed in December. Safe ironing board. Washer dryer. Small reception customer service desk limited hours but excellent service. Vending machine for snacks.

Announcement

As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay. The fee is not included in the price and must be paid at the Hotel.
Baby cot is available upon request.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
The hotel does not have 24 hours reception. Reception opens from 2 PM to 7 PM only. Therefore, guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request Box during booking.
The property can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in only. Baggage storage after check-out is not accepted.

LUX APPARTAMENTI offers first-class accommodations just 200 meters from Porta Maggiore, 600 meters from the Cathedral of San Giovanni, 1. 5 kilometers from Termini Station, and less than 2 kilometers from the Colosseum and other major commercial and historical sites. These modern and bright apartments each feature a double bedroom, a living area with one or two large sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and various electric appliances for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Free Wi-Fi, landline calls within Italy, private parking in the building, and final cleaning are included. Weekly cleaning is provided for stays longer than seven days. Please note that pets are not allowed. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect. Some services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable. Check-in is by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 7 PM. Arrivals after 7 PM on weekdays, Sundays, or holidays must be arranged in advance and will utilize a lockbox. Assisted check-in is available for an extra fee (€20 from 7 PM to 10 PM, €30 from 10 PM to 12 AM). To ensure a smooth arrival, please contact management at least five days prior to your arrival with your travel details.
