This apartment was perfect. Great location with easy access to many classic sites. The apartment was super spacious and had everything you could need. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Rome.

This was a wonderful apartment and a great choice for our stay in Rome. It was spotless, well-maintained, and quite spacious. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. The train station was also just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The only minor downside was the lack of scenic views, which would have made the experience perfect. However, considering the comfort, cleanliness, excellent location, and great service, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

We had amazing days in Rome. The apartment was the perfect starting point for our explorations. AC, dual bathrooms and a very nice terrace for sun and card games. We also used the transfer from and to the airport. On time and at a very reasonable price. The staff was on-site and always very helpful!

Apartamento amplo com localização boa e silenciosa (900m do Coliseu, 600m da Fontana, próximo ao mercado e restaurantes, 1 km da estação Termini), fizemos tudo a pé (menos o Vaticano). Dispõe de todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia, incluindo máquina de lavar roupa e ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Fomos recepcionados no Check-in e recebemos todas as instruções referente à hospedagem. Roupa de cama e de banho novas, brancas e limpíssimas! Recomendo a estadia.

Well kept apartment. Washer dryer is not great. But I think that’s common in Europe. Dryer is not as good as we have in US so we had to dry clothes on rack. The front desk lady was superb. Overall good stay.

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for 8 nights. Our friend booked a 1 bedroom. Both units were very nice, clean, and spacious. We got lucky and were able to check in early. The staff were all friendly. There’s a fridge, oven, microwave, pans, washer. There’s a grocery store right around the corner and tons of delicious restaurants all around us. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 14 minute walk to the Colosseum, and 20 minute walk to the Pantheon.

The place was well situated in the Monti neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. The apartment itself was larger than expected with a large bedroom, bath, and common space with kitchenette. High ceilings throughout. It was a lovely stay.

This apartment added to our Italy experience. I will recommend it to anyone going to Rome. Why you should stay here: - Walking distance to city center. We walked to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and, a bit further away (47 minutes), Vatican City. - Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. - We had a late check in, but the host was at the property ahead of us. Very welcoming, which we needed after the long flight. - A cafe and some great restaurants on the same block. Things to consider: - Download the FreeNow app before you leave. You can book a ride through the app ahead of time or request one as needed. The ~20-minute walk from Roma Termini with rolling luggage on cobblestones wasn't a lot of fun, so you might consider having a car waiting for you. It's worth a few Euros to be delivered at the door. - Download WhatsApp ahead of time and add the Monti's number to your contacts. They were very responsive within operating hours. You'll also need this app for other communications while in Italy.
