Location is great, nearby the Basilica of Bari. Staff is also very friendly. Room/appartment is OK, but very small and there is stair to the basement. Also kind of humid (it was raining when I went there) and some stains on walls, especially in bathroom... Rooftop terrace is very nice!

Cleanliness of the whole studio flat was very poor. Such as: Bathroom top to bottom, lots of mould, stains everywhere. Damp and mildew also around the Air conditioning unit. Hose for toilet was so filthy full of mould its untouchable. Lots of unmaintained areas.Such as again the bathroom; Showhead not staying in place, bathroom sink leaking, blinds just hanging down and not working for ceiling window, which meant we always got light, curtain rail just about to fall off with the end of the screw holding it in place. Wooden floor was damaged and not repaired. Air conditioning unit leaking water. There was no extraction unit above the cooker, which means all steam and smells circulate around the room. The only window we could open was half meter high from the floor, making it difficult for hot air or steam to travel out. With no instructions with rubbish removal or collection, we stayed with our 11 days of rubbish. We didn’t see any external area to leave rubbish.

Ci siamo letteralmente rifiutati di soggiornarci. La stanza era molto sporca, piena di polvere, sulle lenzuola c'era addirittura l'impronta di una mano sporca. All'interno della stanza poi c'era una scala dalla quale si scendeva in una sorta di cantina buia e male odorante... Dava la sensazione che sarebbe salito qualche topo. Lasciamo stare il bagno... Il top si è raggiunto quando il ragazzo che è venuto a farsi pagare, mi ha detto che se volevamo chiamava la signora delle pulizie e puliva o davanti a noi. MA LA STANZA DOVEVA ESSERE GIÀ PULITA!!! siamo andati via e abbiamo pernottato in un altra struttura che era meno costosa, più bella e sicuramente molto molto più pulita. Sconsiglio vivamente Nuccia serra 29.
