This was a great place to stay at in Sorrento! It is an actual palace, giving that sensation of time traveling with the modern commodities. This place felt like staying in a museum with all the beautiful decoration. It is clean, comfortable, staff is great, you get your lotus biscoff treat every night, they prepare your bed at night, and most importantly location is great! It is just a fee steps from the lift you must take to come up and down to the port. Love this place, would recommend and would stay here again!

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Marziale in Sorrento. This charming boutique hotel truly goes above and beyond to cater to every guest’s needs. The staff was incredibly friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. They helped arrange tours and excursions for us with ease, making our trip completely stress-free and enjoyable. Every morning they served a lovely continental breakfast, and I can honestly say they made some of the best cappuccino I’ve had in a very long time. I genuinely loved this property and would absolutely return again in the future. I highly recommend Palazzo Marziale to anyone visiting Sorrento and looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and memorable experience.

The Palazzo is in a perfect location to walk to the square for shopping and dining. A quick walk to the beautiful sea view and elevator to the marina with the gorgeous beach clubs. The staff is welcoming and so friendly and helpful. They know your name on sight and are invested in your happiness. The rooms are very charming and each has its own character. Drinks on the terrace in the evening are a perfect way to meet your travel partners before dinner to through your day and plan for the next. The Hugo spritz should not be missed! Although my friend highly recommends the gin and tonic. Rommel makes the best cappuccino to start your day in the breakfast room. Goo and Columba are so helpful with reservations and advice. I cannot say enough on how this hotel is the best choice you will make on ease and personalized service.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The location is excellent, right in the center, about a 9-minute walk from the train station, and steps from a charming piazza with sunset views and access down to the beach. It’s directly across from the Cloister of San Francesco and next to a beautiful church, which adds a lot of character. The hotel itself feels like a historic palazzo, with a romantic atmosphere, multiple sitting rooms that are beautifully decorated and a lovely outdoor area surrounded by blooming lemon and orange trees. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they can also help with arranging overnight parking if you have rented a car for a few days to drive around amalfi coast. Since parking in the historic center is nearly impossible, they offer valet-style service for €23 per night, which was very convenient. Our room was very clean and nicely designed, and well equipped with a kettle, free tea, coffee, water, as well as a hairdryer and iron. The bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but fine for a short stay. Rooms are on multiple levels separated with a few steps but there is also a tiny elevator if needed that stops on some levels. Breakfast was excellent, with a great mix of sweet and savory options. The fresh cakes, especially the orange, carrot, and almond cake, were outstanding. It’s €15 per person if not included in your booking and totally worth it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! We stayed in this beautiful hotel on a recent trip to Sorrento. Everything about it was beyond our expectations. First, it is nestled in the heart of the charming historic district ... easy walking to everything. It is so filled with class and charm, and the staff are so very thoughtful. The room was called Romance (no numbers on the door, just Romance) ... all the rooms were sweetly named, Love was around the corner. Just another touch that made it extra special. Our room had a gorgeous balcony with a view of the water which we enjoyed tremendously. I could go on and on, but you should go yourselves!
