Ich kann es nicht wirklich als Hotel beschreiben, es ist eher ein großes Apartment mit separaten Zimmern, jeweils mit eigener Toilette. Die Zimmer sehen tatsächlich wie Hotelzimmer aus, sind sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und funktioniert sehr gut. Das inbegriffene Frühstück besteht nur aus einem Kaffee und einem Gebäck in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant/Bar. Beim Check-in sollte man seine genaue Ankunftszeit angeben, damit der Manager kommt und den Check-in durchführt (wir waren beide pünktlich). Die Lage ist nicht gerade ein Traum, es ist ein etwas schattiges/unsaubereres Viertel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, aber wir hatten keinerlei Probleme.

These rooms are in a deprived area on town of mainly sub Sahara Africans. My room was quite good but for a room with one double and one single bed there were 2 wire coat hangers ( when was the last time you saw a wire coat hanger), also there were two soap dispensers one with the good stuff one that had been watered down actually felt like water. But the guy who runs it is something else. He has a very short fuse and quickly become abusive and insulting. His handovers are belligerent, everything is too much trouble. I had to extend my stay by 2 days and only got one breakfast voucher, which is only for a coffee and croissant, so he owes me a breakfast.

La stanza nel complesso non è male, solo che ci vorrebbe una pulizia più profonda, a partire dai letti, cuscini e copriletto. Vicino alla stazione centrale ma in una via molto frequentata da gente che bivacca per strada rendendola poco sicura. Il personale disponibile e attento alle esigenze personali.

The floors were dirty after walking around in bear feet then stud on the floor towel you see the dirt ,outside the building was like a ghetto unsafe parking motorcycle you had to pay for elevator lift..carrying luggage

The place is OK for a short stay. The area around it does seem a bit sketchy as mentioned in other reviews, but that's most of Naples. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, however, pillows smelled like sweat, so i didn't use them.

El dueño no es formal ni puntual, le avisé con antelación para que me esperase a una hora exacta para darme las llaves y no apareció, ni tenía previsto hacerlo. Tuve que molestar a vecinos para localizarlo. Su trato no fue el más correcto. Habitaciones correctas y ubicación céntrica. El bar donde tiene subcontratado los desayunos (Napoli Centrale Caffe) es detestable, si no cambia, yo no me alojaría más.

A localização. Rua perigosa devido a negociação / comércio ilícito. A própria polícia nos orientou a ter cuidados. A placa com o nome é pequena ,quase não identificada. Para uso do elevador , deposita moedas. As dependência do prédio abriga moradia.

buen día!! la vdd fue un suplicio el lugar donde se encuentra estaba esperando poder hacer mi comentario porque no pude salir a cenar porque para las 7 ya tenía que estar de regreso para encerrarme hasta el otro dia fue muy desagradable yo quisiera que se communique un supervisor!!
