Very clean and spacious room with decent laundry and a nice kitchen. Beds were clean and linen spotless. Very beautiful building, I loved the water dispenser in the basement with the sparkling water option. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was awesome and very helpful too!

Beautiful place and a great location. Walking distance from all the attractions. I recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Florence. I would 100% stay here again! ☺️ The room was very clean, check-in was very easy, and communication with staff was exceptional!

This property was lovely. The apartment was one of the most beautiful that we stayed in in Florence. It had beautiful windows that look over the Arno River. It had a modern kitchen and bathroom but maintained its unique character and charm. It was splendid! The only thing I missed was that there wouldn’t be anyone at reception after two pm. It was ok though because they had sent an email with self-check in information. Would definitely stay again!

Muy agradable la habitación , con una linda cocina. Nos encantó el Sillón y la Pequeña estancia ya que viajábamos 4 amigas y podíamos descansar y conversar ahí al final del día. Sería muy útil que dieran a los viajeros instrucciones de cómo tomar taxi y autobús desde el aeropuerto y desde la terminal de trenes. Llegando Nos sorprendimos con el costo de Uber que es mucho mayor a los precios en Roma ( casi el triple) y las personas en Florencia en general Son poco amables con los Turistas para dar indicaciones .

The location is perfect. There’s a bus stop just outside the door. There are a lot of great restaurants behind the building. The place is very charming with a nice view of the river. Bonus is having access to laundry and free drinking water. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely place. Easy check in process. Had a benefit of laundry facilities that were free to use and a water refill station. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment. Kitchen had 2 hot plates and there was a microwave. Lovely outdoor private areas, although the weather meant we weren’t able to get the full benefit from them. A couple of things to note for this apartment. There is a lift to the second floor. On entering the apartment there is a bathroom on the ground floor, but you do need to go up a flight of stone steps to get the living area and the bedrooms. There is no way to block off the stairs so would not be suitable for toddlers. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes, but you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the next bedroom and then the master en-suite bedroom, but still useful to have the separate sleeping areas and very good value for money. Walkable to all of the main attractions.

FANTASTIC - there are no words - located on the other side of the river - away from the hustle of downtown Florence and walking distance (10 min) from Ponte Vechio and Santa Croce. We basically had a small apartment. It was magnificent and it’s right below Plaza Michelangelo - when you go, make sure you reserve at the Osteria right behind the hotel

The check in process was easy with WhatsApp communication since we were arriving after hours. The building is beautiful and the room was clean and well equipped. Lots of closet space. Beds comfortable. There was no housekeeping everyday only every two days on request. But they gave us extra towels. Location is great, 20 minutes away from center of town. On the other side of the river. Close to restaurants and pizzazz Michelangelo. Quiet in the night. We had a great view of the Duomo from our windows.
