Sehr ruhige Wohnanlage in einem Hochsicherheitstrakt. Liegt am Hang, der Weg zu Fuss nach Mascali dauert ungefähr 10 Minuten, an den Strand 30 Minuten. In Mascali findet man alles was man braucht. Sehr gute Busverbindungen, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Les indications pour arriver et accéder à l’établissement ne sont pas très claires. Une fois entrés, l’accueil est super! Appartement confortable avec vue sur la montagne. Mention spéciale pour le pain au citron offert au déjeuner!

Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre Nous avions la chambre tout en haut donc la climatisation n’était pas assez forte pour garder la chambre fraîche. Lit pas confortable, oreiller moyen. Personnel sympathique et débrouillard pour nous traduire en anglais ou français. Parking sécuritaire et porte barrée. Manque un miroir dans la chambre car celui de la salle de bain trop bas. Environnemental. Chambre spacieuse avec lits pour 5 personnes. Déjeuner délicieux.

Al llegar tuve un poco de inconveniente porque solo vi el mensaje de que había que llamar al propietario para informar la hora de llegada lo que había verificado la noche anterior en la confirmación de la reserva pero no decía nada al respecto. Así mismo no indicaban que se debía pagar en efectivo. Superado este impase, el resto de la estadía estuvo bien. Nuncio, el anfitrión es muy organizado y enfocado a los detalles. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente para el tipo de alojamiento (no se puede esperar un desayuno de hotel de lujo). Hay que valorar el alojamiento dentro de su contexto ya que se trata de una casa de familia acondicionada como alojamiento de corta estadía y compararlo con alojamientos similares. Al estar dentro de un conjunto cerrado esto le da seguridad de estar en ambiente calmado y tranquilo. El estacionamiento es muy adecuado en los sitios de parqueo del condominio. instalaciones. La ubicación es muy conveniente ya que está en un lugar intermedio entre Taormina y Catania, además es fácil de llegar al monte Etna para apreciar el maravilloso espectáculo del volcan con su fumarola. Desde la terraza hay una vista espectacular hacia el volcán, la ciudad y el mar. El aseo, las sábanas y toallas estuvieron muy bien. Solo recomendaría que los colchones fuesen un poco mas firmes ya que los sentimos muy blandos.

Very nice service. To check in at the times listed, you have to call the telephone number given at the door as there was no one in the hotel and everything was closed. Lack of cleanliness in the room in sufficient quantity. Room clean and nicely decorated, though small. Outdoors a splash pool where you can bathe for free. The hotel has its own free car park behind the gate of the whole property.

Personnel peu accueillant, le fils pas très agréable, en voulant réserver 2 nuits supplémentaires à voulu me faire payer plus chère qu'en passant par un site de réservation qui prend ça commission au passage, pas très honnête, ni sympathique, quand au père, casiment inexistant...aucune commodités autour, village avec beaucoup de maison en ruine et habitants plutôt patibulaires et fuyants, aucun transport en commun, loin de tous à pieds, extérieur hôtel mal entretenu, piscine et espace vert, en dehors de tout ça le séjour c'est bien passé, chambre propre et agréable, environnement calme.

We had a family room (4 persons) packed with beds so hardly room to move around between the beds. No facilities like a water cooker or coffee machine, neither a table and chairs in the room. WiFi/internet is pretty slow. The public room with fridge, coffee machine etc was messy, bins were full and we were only allowed to make use of the fridge. The host is very precise (check-in took 30 minutes) but foremost very present like a police officer whole day offering not fresh fruit, locking the door of the room while a family member was inside picking up some stuff, coming after us if we left a glass on the public table outside. The intentions might be good but not very relaxed. The village itself is very quiet. For restaurants and supermarkets you have to drive a few kilometers to the beach.

Non sono rimasto contento per il parcheggio,non avevo la libertà di fare colazione quando volevo, dovevo continuamente dichiarare l’ora, la colazione bisognava dire cosa mangiare non c’era nessuna scelta, ho dovuto stabilire le giornate di pulizia della camera, c’era un avviso che non si poteva consumare bevande in camera, la camera non disponeva di un piccolo frigobar per bere si doveva scendere tutte le volte. Non mi è piaciuto.

Der typ war unbehaglich, Ungeduldig und nicht sehr unkooperativ. Wahrscheinlich kann ich mein Geld nicht zurück verlangen weil wir zu aufgebracht waren um fotos und beweise zu sammeln. Aber jedenfalls empfehle ich dieses Hotel keinem. Das zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand.
