We loved our experience. The owners are a couple who live across the hall so they are very accessible if you have any questions. The apartment is spotless and cleaned daily. The air conditioning works very well! Of note, we stayed in the suite and there was a washer which I don’t remember seeing in the description - a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking, as well aa olive oil, salt and pepper. I am not sure if this is always the case but we were happy to have them. There was instant coffee, Nutella and jam, and some crackers and snacks, all included. We appreciated the complimentary sparkling wine and a small half bottle of red wine. There is an elevator, which is a must since the apartment is on the fifth floor with a very steep staircase. The view on the roof is stunning. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood and very well located in Trastavere and near the Vatican and the bridge into the central part of Rome. The grocery store and taxi stand are close by, as is the bus stop. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. Thank you!!

Perched above Trastevere, walkable to so much but removed from the tourist chaos of the other side of the river—this was the perfect location. Having roof terrace access, great for sunset views and getting your bearings. A quiet, small top-floor property—don’t let the tiny elevator scare you off. This IS a small family-run place—no big lobby and the rooms are all right next to each other, but the rooms themselves are quiet and a great deal for being within walking distance to so much in Rome.

The location is perfect for a day or two in Rome. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful time, we were able to walk to all the must see places during the day and could experience the Trastevere night life in the evening!! Great food close by and plenty to do. Five stars all around!!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was wonderful and very walkable right in the city. Despite that, I never noticed too much noise from the street below or pedestrians. The room was clean and stocked with snacks and espresso, which was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful room. Air-conditioned and mini fridge to use. Walking distance to everything in Trastevere area. We did book an airport drive for €60 but the driver charged us €76. We had everything in the car and were tired so didn’t hassle but didn’t like the bait and switch.

Bra läge att slippa bo exakt i centrum, bra område med nära till mkt bra restauranger. Vi borde 3 st i rum Trastevere, fungerade fint. Takterass med vacker utsikt, kunde dock behöva lite passande möbler. Trevligt par som drev stället, fick massa saker till frukost som kaffe marmelad kex nutella. Disksaker fanns och olivolja etc. Skulle bo här igen!!

We were a bit skeptical booking a “guest house” but are happy we did so for this property. The owner was present when arrived and was very friendly. She lives on the same floor as the apartments she rents so is easily accessible if needed. It felt very secure. The doors into the apartments are pretty close to each other but we didn’t hear any sounds from neighboring rooms. This location is less than 5 minutes from the #8 tram so access to the train station is very easy. If you’re into food, you’ll love this location. This are tons of great places to eat and drink within 5 minutes of this location as this region is really a foodie haven. The apartments are on the 5th floor of the building, the top floor, and were created in space that was formerly one apartment around 12 years ago. The room we had was on a corner and had a great view from one side in particular. There is a roof top deck (with a couple of chairs and a small table) that has a wonderful view of part of Rome. It’s about a dozen steps up from the 5th floor. The deck doesn’t have any fancy finishes but it’s all about the view. The building has an elevator, a typical one for a building of this age, and while it is noisy and may not appear overly safe, it was just fine and saved walking up the steps with luggage. The room we had had a true king size bed that was comfortable which was great, and the bathroom had a bidet. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location for shops and food - seemed very local and not terribly expensive. Very walkable.The hotel staff was gracious and helpful. The room was super clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great, excellent shower pressure. AC worked great but windows also opened for a wonderful breeze. Roof top has a view of the city as well as the mountains. Lovely place for the perfect sunset. Hotel was on the trolley line but also walkable along the Tiber River to many places. Highly recommend - enjoy!

Et lite og veldig fint hotell. Var enkelt å komme seg til hotellet fra flyplassen med regionaltog til Trastevere, og så buss eller trikk som stoppet nesten utenfor hotellet. De tilbyr også transport til og fra flyplassen, men det koster 60 euro. Hotellet drives av et ektepar, og ligger i øverste etasje i bygget. Ikke noe frokost, men det er ikke noe vi uansett ønsker nr vi er på tur. Vi tok frokost på nærmeste kaffebar, veldig billig og godt. Ellers er hotellet veldig fint plassert i Trastevere. Kort vei til buss og trikk. Og det meste er innen rekkevidde om en går i 15min. Kan virkelig anbefale plassen.
