A place to have meal will be set up by the hotel.

Meal is available with the booking only. Guest who wish to have meal at the hotel please book with meal plan.
The hotel does not accept any meal request when send email or message, check-in or at the restaurant.
Guests who wish to eat at the property must inform the total number of guests and children. The table is prepared based on the notified number of guests.
Please inform the property in advance if you wish to share the table with other groups.
Bringing smartphones, mobile phones, cameras, or other recording devices into the public bath area is strictly prohibited. If any such device is brought into the bathing area, or if any photography, video recording, or audio recording is detected, the police will be contacted immediately due to the serious violation of law.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Children 2-0 years old will be charged JPY 0 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Extra bed is not available at this property.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests who booked a “breakfast included” plan must check in before 11:00 PM.
Guests who booked separate reservations and would like to have meals at the same table must contact the property in advance.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:30 PM. Dinner cannot be served after this time, and no refund will be provided.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
Maximum children allowed per room is 1.
Private Onsen (optional): No advance reservation is available. Booking is available only at the reception desk on the day of check-in.
The property cannot accommodate requests for ingredient changes due to allergies, vegetarian, halal, kosher, or personal food preferences.
We are unable to confirm any room request e.g. Non-smoking room or Smoking room, Large bed or twin bed etc.

Shuttle bus (Hakone Yumoto Ryokan shuttle bus/Orange bus) from Hakone Yumoto Train Station is available at an additional charge.
The last shuttle is available at 05:45PM. You need to check time table on Hakone-Navi, subject to change without notice. Bus stop in front of Tourist information center of Hakone yumoto Railway station.
